Bajaj Pulsar 125 Review
Bajaj Pulsar is one of the strongest offerings from the brand that has changed the course of the Indian motorcycle market. One of the most anticipated additions to the Pulsar family is Bajaj Pulsar 125 cc, the affordable of the lot. Known for its smallest displacement, the bike will ultimately replace the existing Pulsar 135 LS and will target the millennials with an affordable price range.
Coming to the design, the motorcycle gets its looks from the lineage of NS200 and NS160. The Bajaj Pulsar 125 is powered by 124.4cc, DTS-i fuel injected engine powerful enough for a maximum power coefficient of 12 Bhp @ 8,500 rpm and an utmost torque of 11 Nm of torque @ 6,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission. The braking duties are handled by 240 mm Disc brake at the front while the rear gets a 130 mm Drum brake. It gets a Telescopic front suspension with anti-friction bush and 5-way adjustable suspension at the rear with a Nitrox shock absorber.
The brand will be offering the Bajaj Pulsar 125 with a Combi Braking System thus making it an overall affordable bike across the country with a sporty design and powerful performance. Considering the government guidelines of introducing ABS for every bike with engine specification more than 125 cc starting from 2019, the brand will officially let go of its 135 cc engine as teaming it with ABS would not have made it the most powerful affordable commuter of the country and thus the introduction of Bajaj Pulsar 125.
