TVS Apache RTR 180 2V Review
Detailed Review by Maxabout Team
Overview
For over ten years, the TVS Apache RTR 180 has been a track mainstay, pushing the limits of performance. The iconic race machine is now poised to become the new racer's choice. It is the first in its class to feature ride modes, elevating an already formidable performance machine to new heights. With distinct beast-inspired headlamps and tail lamps, the iconic styling has become more aggressive. The flared tank and angular cowls provide aerodynamic superiority and track presence. The updated 2024 model of this bike features a modern design and, in addition to cleaner emissions, TVS' Glide Through Traffic system, which is very useful in city traffic.
TVS Apache RTR 180 Design and Style
The New TVS Apache RTR 180 has always been a good-looking motorcycle, and it has gotten even better with the latest BS6 update. The most recent model of the motorcycle features a LED headlamp, LED taillight, digital instrument cluster, and a muscular appearance.
2024 TVS Apache RTR 180 has an aerodynamic design language. The motorcycle is outfitted with a large, powerful fuel tank, as well as tank extensions. To complement the overall sporty appearance of the new TVS Apache RTR 180, subtle sporty graphics have been added to the body panels. The engine is protected by a belly pan, and the seat is a long single piece. The Apache RTR 180 also has gold accents on the forks, giving it a luxurious appearance.
The TVS Apache RTR 180 BS6 has ideal dimensions for a streetfighter. The dimensions of the motorcycle are 2085 mm in length, 730 mm in width, and 1105 mm in height. The motorcycle has a powerful gasoline tank with a total capacity of 12 litres and a wheelbase of 1326 mm. The Apache RTR 180 has a large 180 mm ground clearance, which is more than enough to easily cross speed bumps. TVS Apache RTR 180 Suspension, Brakes and Tyres
The new TVS Apache RTR 180 has a Double Cradle Synchro STIFF chassis, which improves the riding and handling characteristics of the motorcycle. For suspension, the bike has telescopic forks up front and dual Monotube Inverted Gas-filled (MIG) shock absorbers with spring assists in the back. The Apache RTR 180 has a comfortable ride and can easily navigate rough terrain. The motorcycle is outfitted with blacked-out six-spoke alloy wheels and tubeless 17-inch tyres. User Reviews for TVS Apache
True experience
Just after 400 kms, it does not feel the same way as it used to be before.

Cons: AHO system
I need to know the economy speed of Apache 200
It sounds impressive and I need to buy one. It takes good enough time for 100 kmph but what about the economy speed?
Best Features: Console, sound is just awesome
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
TVS Apache RTR 180 is a beast
It has the required grunt in its engine. The RTR name is perfect for the bike. The best street fighter ever.
Best Features: Design, perfect for city
Pros: Exhaust sound, throttle response
Cons: Top speed is lower than others
Stylish and Good Performer
Style: It's a beautifully crafted beast, when you just sit on the bike you feel like you are in a Race. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox: It's loaded with 160CC powerful RTR engine that you can really feel it. And fuel economy is good! I have just done with 2nd service (today) and so far I have got 60kmpl riding around 55km/hr and had never crossed 60km/hr.. but today I was really exited and happy to ride my beast at its best, I really enjoyed the pickup, speed, thrill.... coming to gearbox it lags (some times), it is smooth while the up shifts and stuck while down shifts and have to slow down the bike for down shifts but this is a common problem in all bike range. Ride Quality & Handling: Ride quality and Handling is extremely good.. but rear tyre slips when you brake, you might have to use good quality tyres. Areas of improvement: Riding comfort as riders get back ache, tyres, gearbox
Best Features: RTR, dashboard has many options, etc
Pros: Good performance, stylish, fuel economy, ride quality
Cons: Comfort, gearbox
