Latest Updates
Friday, 22 September 2023 05:03 AM

Honda has updated its entire big bike line-up for international markets including the CB500X for 2023. As part of the update, the model comes with a new color option called Pearl Organic Green. This color features on the fuel tank and partly on the front fender and is combined with black and light yellow.

Wednesday, 08 May 2024 05:23 PM For the 2024 model year, Honda is updating the CB500 series, including the CB500X, which will be renamed to NX500. The new model will have a fresh look, reduced weight, and new electronics such as Honda traction control and a 5-inch TFT screen. These changes aim to enhance the bikes performance and user experience. I believe these updates will make the NX500 a more competitive option in the midsize adventure bike market.
Thursday, 09 November 2023 09:20 PM Honda has announced that the CB500X will be replaced by the new NX500 adventure motorcycle in European markets starting in 2024, with a potential release in the US in 2025. The NX500 features improved suspension, lighter wheels, and new fuel-injection settings, along with Honda traction control and a 5-inch TFT screen. This upgrade should make the bike more capable for adventure riding. I think this is a great move by Honda, as it addresses several limitations of the CB500X and adds modern features that riders will appreciate.
Thursday, 09 November 2023 11:49 AM The Honda CB500X has undergone recent updates, including more robust Showa suspension and improved braking kits introduced in the 2022 model. These changes have made the bike more capable for adventure riding. Additionally, the bikes 471 cc engine is known for its midrange grunt and torque, making it a favorite among some adventure bike enthusiasts. I believe these updates have significantly enhanced the bikes overall performance.
Friday, 11 August 2023 06:57 AM The 2023 Honda CB500X has been praised for its suitability for riders of smaller stature, with a ride height of 32.8 inches and a wet weight of 439 lbs. It features a 471 cc liquid-cooled, DOHC parallel twin engine and a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch. The bike is ideal for road riding and light off-road use, although it lacks advanced features like multiple ride modes and switchable traction control. I think this bike is a great choice for those looking for a capable yet manageable adventure motorcycle.
Friday, 11 August 2023 12:43 PM Despite its limitations for heavy-duty off-roading, the Honda CB500X has a strong following, with many aftermarket companies offering mods and add-ons to enhance its capabilities. The bikes cast wheels and 4.3 inches of ground clearance make it more suited for road riding and light off-road use. I think the community support and availability of aftermarket parts are big pluses for this bike.

Ex Showroom Price vs On Road Price Ex-Showroom Price is the Manufacturing Cost of the vehicle + Dealer/Seller Profit + GST (Goods and Service Tax) + Transportation Charges (from the manufacturing plant to the dealership). On the other hand, the On-Road Price is the actual cost you pay to the dealership to make the vehicle legal to run on the roads. It includes Ex-Showroom Price in your city + RTO Charges (Vehicle Registration) + One Time Road Tax + Insurance Charges. The On-Road Price also includes some optional things like if you opt for Genuine Accessories and Extended Warranty while buying a vehicle. Please note that the On-Road Price varies a lot across different states in India due to different percentage for the State Registration Charges.

Honda NX500

The Honda NX500 strikes a balance between touring and adventure. Its 471cc parallel-twin engine delivers smooth, linear power. The upright ergonomics and spacious seat make it ideal for long rides. However, the suspension setup disappoints on rough terrain, feeling harsh and unsettled.

A deadly beast on the road looks can only be given by the Honda CB 500x. The look, Style, And pattern are too killing and awesome. The chrome element with good finishing on the fuel tanks adds more charm to the bike. The price range is a bit on the expensive sidea.
