It's all about expectations. Of course it falls short if you compare it to a touring bike. But for its class? It's surprisingly capable.
Is the CT 100 ES really cost effective long term?
15 January 2025 09:39
It’s just depends on your luck, I guess. Some people say they are the best invention, ever, while others say they’re worse than a curse. It's a gamble.

On the other hand, the Tuono's design will be a bit more practical for daily riding.
Is the Tuono 457 worth its price compared to others like the Ninja 500?

For the price, the Tuono’s uniqueness is justified. This is not just another cookie cutter bike.
How does the Tuono 457 fare against the KTM Duke 390 for city and highway riding?
15 January 2025 09:38
I like the duke for its agility, but the duke's engine is a bit on the rough side for long distance riding.

Though Aprilia is improving their network, it still isn't on par with competitors.

If you like the Tuono 457, it’s a great bike, but it’s not for everyone. Depends on your priorities.
In extreme weather, how the Bajaj CT100 performs?

I have used mine in everything from the dead of winter to the blazing heat of the desert and it has been fine. It just needs to be taken care of by taking basic precautions like covering during heavy rain.
Is the Bajaj CT100 capable of doing long distance touring?
15 January 2025 09:32

How do the results of the TecPac model compare to those of DLC in video games?
15 January 2025 09:28
I can see the similarity but it's no the same. TecPac unlocks content that’s already there, whereas DLC normally includes new content.
Could the TecPac model actually bring down the price of EVs and make them accessible?
15 January 2025 09:28
But I don't think that it's going to catch on, but it's an interesting experiment. Humans like to know what they’re getting upfront.

Used buyers are going to have a nightmare. "Oh, you didn't realise that feature was included?" That'll be extra."
Could the Chetak scooters be 'jailbroken' using the TecPac model?

I think it's overblown. Every bike vibrates to some extent. Apart from anything else, the Tuono 660 isn't any worse than other twins I've ridden.
How does the Aprilia Tuono 660 perform on the daily commute compared to the Triumph Street Triple R?

Honestly, I barely notice it when I’m riding normally, but it’s there. It’s not as hard as it seems. Once you get used to the bike, you just work around it.
