USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Suzuki GSR250S, although showcased and discussed in various international forums, has not been officially launched in the Indian market. However, if we were to evaluate it based on its specifications and design, it appears to be a well-rounded motorcycle. The GSR250S boasts a 248cc, parallel-twin cylinders, liquid-cooled engine producing 24PS at 8500rpm, which is respectable for its class. The half-faired styling provides excellent wind protection, making it a comfortable ride for both city and highway use. However, the lack of its availability in India means potential buyers would need to consider other options like the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, which shares some similarities but has its own set of pros and cons. If the GSR250S were to be launched, it would likely appeal to riders seeking a balance between comfort, practicality, and performance.
Price
The Suzuki GSR250S has not been officially priced or launched in India, so there is no ex-showroom or on-road price available. However, if we consider the pricing strategy of Suzuki for similar models like the Gixxer SF 250, which is priced around Rs. 2 lakhs ex-showroom, the GSR250S would likely fall in a similar or slightly higher price bracket due to its more advanced features and design. This would place it competitively in the 250cc segment, but without an official launch, buyers cannot make a definitive decision based on price alone.
Mileage
Tuesday, 19 November 2024 03:26 PM For mileage, the Suzuki GSR250S, with its 248cc engine, would likely offer fuel efficiency comparable to other 250cc motorcycles in the market. While exact mileage figures are not available for this specific model in India, similar Suzuki models like the Gixxer SF 250 are known to deliver around 30-40 kml, which is quite economical for daily use and long rides. This makes it a viable option for those concerned about running costs, though actual mileage would depend on various factors including riding conditions and maintenance.
