Latest Updates
Friday, 08 September 2023 10:25 AM

The Kawasaki Z800 motorcycle has been discontinued from the Indian market and is not available anymore.

Tuesday, 12 November 2024 02:09 PM Kawasaki Motors has confirmed that it has no plans to start CKD (Completely Knocked Down) operations for the Z800 in India. This means the bike will continue to be imported as a CBU (Completely Built Unit), affecting its pricing and availability. I believe this decision might make the Z800 less competitive in the Indian market.
Friday, 20 October 2023 11:18 PM The Kawasaki Z800 has been updated with a new green and black paint scheme, which is now available alongside the all-black option. This fresh design is aimed at attracting more buyers with a stylish and vibrant look. I think the new color scheme is a great move to keep the bike appealing in a competitive market.
Tuesday, 15 August 2023 12:30 PM The Kawasaki Z800 is currently available in India at a price of Rs. 8.05 lakh. This pricing reflects the bikes position as a premium offering in the Indian motorcycle market. I believe the Z800 offers a great balance of performance and style, making it a worthwhile investment for enthusiasts.
Friday, 10 June 2022 10:44 AM Despite its discontinuation in some global markets, the Kawasaki Z800 remains available in India, albeit with limited updates. The bike continues to be popular among those seeking a powerful and feature-rich motorcycle. I think the Z800s enduring presence in India is a testament to its loyal customer base.
Monday, 25 April 2022 04:39 PM Kawasaki has been following an aggressive strategy in the Indian market, and the Z800 is part of this push. The company aims to expand its market share with premium offerings like the Z800. I believe this strategy could help Kawasaki gain more traction among Indian bikers looking for high-performance motorcycles.

Kawasaki Z800 is a better option over the Triumph Street Triple. It comes with a 806 cc, 4-cylinder engine producing 111.3 BHP @ 10,200 rpm and 83 NM @ 8,000 rpm. It comes with a 6-speed gearbox and gets a kerb weight of 229 kg. It gets a 17 liter fuel tank and a high seat height of 834 mm. The bike gets dual 310 mm floating front disc brakes whereas the rear gets a solid 250 mm disc brake. The bike also comes with USD suspension for the front and a price tag of INR 8,05,000.

Which one is better for me - Kawasaki Z800 or Triumph Street Triple?
29 December 2022 05:50
You should go for the Triumph Street Triple as the bike has a 34 mm lower seat height when compared to the Kawasaki Z800. The bike comes with a 800 mm of seat height and a kerb weight of 188 kg. It comes with a 675 cc, liquid-cooled, 12 valve, DOHC, in-line 3-cylinder engine producing 77.7 BHP @ 11,050 rpm and 57 Nm @ 8,375 rpm. The bike is very powerful and reaches a top speed of 220 kmph. It comes with twin front 310 mm floating disc brakes and a single rear 220 mm disc brake. The motor gets a 6-speed transmission. At INR 7,50,000 the Street Triple would be an ideal choice for you for a weekly get away.
Which one is better - Kawasaki Z800 or HD Street 750?
29 December 2022 05:49
The Kawasaki Z800 is the best bike out of both the bikes. The motorcycle produces 111.3 BHP @ 10,200 rpm and 83 NM @ 8,000 rpm from its liquid-cooled, 4-stroke In-Line four 806 cc engine. The bike is one of the most powerful bikes in the segment and its massive naked design makes it more attractive than the entry level Harley Davidson Street 750. Mated to a 6-speed gearbox, the bike comes with a 17 liter fuel tank. The weight measures at 229 kg with all fluids and tank full of petrol. The twin floating 310 mm disc brakes of the bike provides good braking power and a rear 250 mm disc also joins the same. It comes with a price tag of INR 8,05,000.

Seating comfort is compromised on long rides, Needs improvement. Power is sufficient but a minor change in sprockets will improve the performance drastically.

The Kawasaki Z800 is a Godly street bike in the 800 cc segment from non other than Kawasaki. It is the most cost friendly bike in the Indian market with such power capabilities. It comes with the promise of sturdy built and engine quality.
