Booking for the Malaysia market 2023 Kawasaki ZX-25R is now open with expected delivery in September. The ZX-25r coming to Malaysia will be the latest version complete with a TFT-LCD instrument panel and two ride modes – High and Low. Also standard will be traction control, two-channel ABS, quick-shifter, and floating brake discs clamped by four-piston monobloc calipers.

Monday, 23 September 2024 11:06 PM For the 2025 model year, Kawasaki has updated the Ninja ZX-25R, ZX-25R SE, and ZX-25RR in Indonesia with new and sleek liveries, enhancing the sporty look of these bikes. The updates include fresh color schemes and design elements, making them more appealing to enthusiasts. I think these aesthetic updates will definitely attract more buyers who value both performance and style.
Wednesday, 04 September 2024 06:35 PM The Ninja ZX-25R SE has been well-received in Malaysia, praised for its linear power delivery and high-end features typically found on larger sport bikes. The bike is reliable for daily use and highway riding, making it an excellent choice for beginners and enthusiasts alike. I think its balance of performance and practicality makes it a standout in the 250cc segment.
Thursday, 10 August 2023 06:46 PM The 2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R has seen significant performance upgrades, including a higher 12.5:1 compression ratio, resulting in 47 horsepower and 16.23 pound-feet of torque. This makes it more powerful than many 400cc sport bikes available in the market. I believe this boost in power will make the ZX-25R a favorite among performance seekers.
Monday, 31 October 2022 02:45 PM Kawasaki has introduced the Ninja ZX-25R SE in Thailand with several updates, including a new TFT screen, LED indicators, and a redesigned exhaust system for lower emissions. The bike also features smartphone connectivity via the Kawasaki Rideology app and comes with traction control, power mode, and dual-channel ABS. I think these features make the ZX-25R SE a compelling option for those looking for a high-tech sport bike.
Monday, 31 October 2022 09:02 AM Despite its impressive specifications and features, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R remains unavailable in the Indian market due to its high price tag. Priced around Rs 6.48 lakh sans taxes, it is considered too expensive for the price-sensitive Indian market. I believe that if Kawasaki could find a way to make it more affordable, it would be a game-changer in the Indian motorcycle scene.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R Review

01 Mar, 2023 11:20 AM

Quick Review by Maxabout Team

Kawasaki offers a wide range of motorcycles in the Indian two-wheeler market. This lineup includes everything from an entry-level W175 commuter to the hyper sports Ninja H2R, which is only intended for track use. But, there are some Kawasaki motorcycles that are not yet available in India.

One of them is the Ninja ZX-25R. In Indonesia, Kawasaki has released the updated ZX-25R. The Japanese supersport's latest iteration has received feature and design updates. While the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R has yet to officially arrive in India, someone in the country has already imported one. Samyy Ghosh (@beerbiker_samy) of Kolkata recently imported a brand-new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R.

The Kawasaki fully-faired supersport is the world's smallest motorcycle with an inline-four engine that is currently on the market. Because the motorcycle was imported indirectly from outside, it would have been subject to exorbitant import duties. It means that the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R could have cost Ghosh more than Rs 11 lakh. Ghosh also owns both previous-gen and current-gen Ninja ZX-10R models.

The same 249.8cc inline four-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed gearbox powers the 2023 Ninja ZX-25R. It produces the same 51 hp of max power and a peak torque of 22.9 Nm as before. The engine is housed within a trellis frame, which is supported by 37mm USD front forks and a gas-charged rear shock. The braking system on the ZX-25R consists of a 310mm front disc and a 220mm rear disc with dual-channel ABS. The setup rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with 110/70 front and 150/60 rear tyres.

The fully-faired Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R differs significantly from the Ninja 250 sold elsewhere, with bodywork inspired by larger track-oriented Ninjas such as the ZX-6R and ZX-10R. The Ninja ZX-25R claims to be the world's most powerful 250cc motorcycle right now. The 2023 Ninja ZX-25R has a larger upswept exhaust than the previous model. Aside from that, there are no significant changes to the bike. The split LED headlight, compact visor, sporty graphics and decals, and split seat design are just a few of the highlights.

The 2023 Ninja ZX-25R is available in three variants: the base model, the ABS SE variant, and the top-spec Ninja ZX-25RR. New colour options for the 2023 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R have been introduced. The base model comes in Metallic Spark Black, which is essentially an all-black theme. Metallic Matte Graphene Steel Gray and Candy Persimmon Red are the colour options for the ZX-25R ABS SE variant. The top-spec Ninja ZX-25RR with Kawasaki Racing Team livery in Lime Green is probably the most appealing.

A fully digital TFT instrument console is one of the key updates for the 2023 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R. One significant advantage of the new TFT display is that it has significantly reduced clutter. The cockpit of the 2023 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R appears to be much more refined and sophisticated. The display is angled, which should allow for easy viewing.

Bluetooth connectivity is also available on the 2023 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R. Users should be able to pair their smartphones to access calls, text messages, and other functions. Kawasaki's Rideology app allows you to access your trip logs and maintenance schedule. Assist and slipper clutches, electronic throttle valves, a quick shifter, and traction control are among the advanced features. The bike features three power modes for adjusting power delivery based on user preferences and ride conditions.

It is unlikely that the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R will be released in the Indian market anytime soon. The bike's price may limit its options in India. Still, with its track-focused performance and advanced tech features, the bike will undoubtedly be a lot of fun to ride.
