Our take on this /// Verdict
The Hero Xtreme 160R Stealth Black Edition is a compelling option for those looking for a versatile and efficient commuter bike in India. Its lightweight design, weighing around 143 kg, makes it incredibly nimble and easy to handle in city traffic. The bike is powered by a 163 cc BS6-2.0 engine, producing 15.2 PS of power and 14 Nm of torque, which is more than adequate for urban riding. The addition of a 4V head in the latest version, along with an oil cooler and upside-down KYB forks on the pro variant, enhances both performance and handling. However, it may not be the best choice for highway rides, as it can feel strained at higher speeds. The Stealth Edition adds a sleek all-black theme and useful features like an integrated USB charger and a gear indicator, making it a stylish and practical choice. Overall, its a great urban commuter with good fuel efficiency and a smooth riding experience.
Price
The Hero Xtreme 160R Stealth Black Edition is priced competitively in the Indian market. The ex-showroom price for this variant typically ranges between 1.25 lakh to 1.35 lakh, depending on the region and any local taxes. On-road prices, including registration, insurance, and other costs, can range from 1.45 lakh to 1.55 lakh. Given its features, performance, and the extensive service network of Hero MotoCorp, the pricing is reasonable and offers good value for money. The Stealth Edition, with its additional features and styling, justifies the slight premium over the standard model.

Reviews Submitted by Maxabout Community
The Hero Xtreme 125R impresses with its aggressive styling and peppy performance. The 124.7cc engine delivers adequate power for urban riding. Fuel efficiency is commendable, though real-world figures fall short of claimed 66 kmpl. Build quality could be improved, but it's a compelling option in its segment.
I especially like this color in this segment and the overall connected features are awesome. Good sporty look.
Good, but the real mileage is around 30-35 kmpl. I have been using it for the last 1 year, and the comfort is outstanding.
The braking system for a good comfortable ride continues 300 km so comfortable.
It has excellent performance for riding good pickup and nice suspension. Good for mileage.
