Latest Updates
Sunday, 08 October 2023 10:45 PM

Yamaha India will soon refresh one of its most successful bikes– the FZ-X. The company has updated this FZ-S aesthetically as well as mechanically.

Monday, 26 February 2024 05:55 PM The 2024 Yamaha FZ-X Chrome edition is set to be available from February, with an on-road price of around Rs. 1,62,000 in Delhi. The bike retains its 149cc air-cooled engine and features like dual disc brakes with dual ABS channels and LED lighting. I believe the Chrome edition will attract buyers looking for a premium finish.
Tuesday, 09 January 2024 06:44 PM Yamaha India has launched the 2024 FZ-X range with two new paint schemes: Matte Titan and Chrome. The Matte Titan is already available, while the Chrome variant will be launched in February. The bike is priced at Rs. 1,37,200 (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the Matte Titan variant. I think the new colors will appeal to those looking for a fresh look without changing the bikes overall design.
Tuesday, 09 January 2024 12:42 AM The 2024 Yamaha FZ-X features a 149cc, single-cylinder engine producing 12.23bhp and 13.3Nm, paired with a five-speed gearbox. It includes full LED illumination, an LCD display with smartphone connectivity, a USB socket, traction control, and a side stand sensor. I believe these updates make the FZ-X a more appealing option for riders seeking modern features.
Thursday, 23 February 2023 04:55 PM Yamaha has updated the FZ-X with a traction control system, a feature typically found in larger bikes. This system helps prevent the bike from sliding or skidding by cutting off power when it detects wheel slippage. I think this addition enhances safety, especially for riders in varied road conditions.
Thursday, 23 February 2023 06:31 AM The Yamaha FZ-X rivals include the TVS Apache RTR 160, Bajaj Pulsar NS200, and Hero Xtreme 200R 2024. With its mileage of 55.11 kmpl and updated features, the FZ-X remains a competitive option in the 150cc segment. I think its relaxed engine and cruising-oriented performance will continue to appeal to riders who prioritize comfort.

Yamaha FZ-X 250 Review

18 Apr, 2023 06:31 AM

Quick Review by Maxabout Team

The design of the upcoming FZ-X 250 will be heavily influenced by its smaller sibling, the FZ-X 150 in India. It will have a compact body and a round-shaped headlight. It might come with a two-level seat and block pattern tyres to give it a retro look. It is expected to be powered by the same 249cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, SOHC engine as the FZ 250 with air cooling. This 250cc retro bike will be equipped with a 5-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch system. The Yamaha FZ-X 250 will have a max power output of 20.8 HP and a peak torque of 20.1 Nm.

Yamaha has equipped it with 41mm telescopic forks up front and a rear mono-cross suspension with adjustable preload. The suspension on the FZ-X 250 will be tuned to allow for max travel on both wheels. It will use a single 282 mm disc brake at the front wheel and a single 220 mm disc brake at the rear wheel for braking. It will have dual-channel ABS and might come with an off-road mode. The Yamaha FZ-X 250 might have projector LED headlamps and a negative LCD instrument console.

Yamaha has already released the smaller FZ-X 150 in India. The larger model is expected to be released soon as well. The FZ-X 250 was in the early stages of development last year and may be available in India by the end of this year. It is scheduled to debut in India in 2023. The Yamaha FZ-X 250 is expected to cost around Rs 1.80 lakh.

The new 250cc retro-styled motorcycle sounds more thrilling than its 150cc sibling. The Indian market has seen a high demand for retro-styled bikes in the entry-level segment. The upcoming Yamaha FZ-X 250 could be an excellent fit. It will be built around the same engine from the popular 250cc FZ series. It is known for its high performance and fuel efficiency. If the Yamaha FZ-X 250 is priced competitively, it will undoubtedly boost the brand's sales in the 250cc segment.

You'll be amazed if you're not a racer. It's comfortable for family. Metal body, premium DRL Led, Real comfort on long ride. I'm sure it won't get bored even after riding too long ride and most important it's giving 50-55 kmph milage in city ride. You'll definitely get 60 kmph on highway. But not for racer. Decide on which type of person you're.
