The TVS Apache RTR 310 is the companys flagship street naked motorcycle, built on a platform co-developed with BMW. It features a 312.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 35bhp and 28.7Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox and a slipper-and-assist clutch. The bike boasts a steel trellis frame, USD front forks, and a monoshock rear suspension, along with dual-channel ABS and Michelin Road 5 tyres. The Apache RTR 310 is loaded with features such as a 5-inch TFT display, ride modes, traction control, cornering ABS, and even a heated and cooled seat in higher variants. BMW G310R, the motorcycle on which the Akula is actually based will launch in March 2017. Also, the full faired Akula 310 is expected to carry the RTR 300 name but TVS has confirmed nothing on this topic.
