USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Suzuki Gixxer SF, particularly the rear disc variant, is a compelling choice for those seeking a balance of style, comfort, and performance. I have been impressed by its ergonomic design, which offers a slightly sporty seating posture without compromising on comfort. The bikes handling dynamics are exceptional, making it a joy to ride both in city conditions and on long hauls. The 155cc air-cooled engine, though not the most powerful, delivers linear power and excellent mid-range performance, which is more than sufficient for everyday commuting and occasional long rides. However, the bikes headlight and windscreen could be improved, especially for highway use. Overall, the Gixxer SF is a great option for those looking for a fully-faired motorcycle that is both practical and visually appealing.
Price
In India, the Suzuki Gixxer SF with a rear disc brake is priced competitively. The ex-showroom price for the Gixxer SF 150 typically ranges around 1.35 lakh to 1.45 lakh, depending on the region and any additional features like the MotoGP edition. On-road prices, including taxes, registration, and other costs, can range from 1.55 lakh to 1.65 lakh. This pricing makes the Gixxer SF an attractive option in its segment, offering a blend of sportiness and practicality at a reasonable cost. The value for money is evident when you consider the bikes performance, comfort, and maintenance costs.

Great bike to ride on the highway. You can touch 100 km per hour very easily on this bike with no problem. Braking is good in double disc variant. It give 50 km per litre in the city. I am using motul 300v 10w 40 engine which is the answer to all Gixxer bike owner. If you use it then there is no hard gear shift problem, no loud noise noise from the silencer. No excessive engine heat up. It is only solution to all your problems.

Best Features: Gear shift indicator

Pros: Pick up, high speed stability, good mileage and looks

Cons: Poor headlight

best 150cc bike

Before buying a bike is great confusion..which is good/bad finally i chose Gixxer SF Blue. I'm owning Gixxer SF for last four months, bought for 1,05,000 on road price. first of all look is awesome, especially in Triton blue. better than other colors. no other bikes having this digital meter console like Gixxer/Gixxer sf even with gear indicator a fully loaded console. pickup is good,I'm getting mileage of 42-45kmpl, which is best in 150 cc bikes, reached a speed of 116 km/hr at this speed handling of bike is awesome, not even getting a single lag in handle bars, aerodynamic fairing doing its best. vibration in engine is same in high speed (above 110 km/hr) as when u r in 70 km/hr. shifting gear makes clunky sound but not much. brakes doing its best with back disc brakes..without abs is the disappointment. head light is not bright as same as in Yamaha FZ. pillion seat is small so its hard to sit and travel longer. disappointment is many of the people don't knows Gixxer..is a but a top competitor for all 150cc bikes..but a competitor for Gixxer its definitely a Honda hornet.

Best Features: Good mileage, look is fabulous.

Pros: Look.pickup,exhaust sound,performance.

Cons: Pillion seat, shifting gear is somewhat clunky.

It is one of the best 150cc bike in the country. It offers really good performance. no matter as many times you ride, you'll not get bored !!! Tires offer a really great grip and don't slip that easily.... its pretty comfortable as well but needs some improvements in seat itself as its really hard otherwise it is pretty comfortable. If you're looking to buy a 150cc bike then buy gixxer it is best bike so far....

Best Features: Throaty exhaust and pick up

Pros: Engine , pick up , Gear shift , Exhaust Note , Handling , Features

Cons: Seat itself is pretty hard !!

Good but Lack of Reliable Services

I would suggest other bikes in this price tag. Even the Fazer 2.0 is a good buy. This bike has a good performance that's all. If you have bought the MotoGP edition then style is good. Handling maybe good but my back pains while riding this bike for just 10km. It could be an issue with my bike. But please make sure to check everything especially fairing and handle bar alignment position. Service centre is totally pathetic. They literally lie at your face, so please make sure you check everything before signing any document.

Best Features: Style and performance

Pros: Performance, style

Cons: Handle bar is awkward, mileage, service is really pathetic, build quality is not good, gear shifts is broken.
