Our take on this /// Verdict

The Pulsar 180F is a great way to keep the unique cubic capacity alive, something that Bajaj started. A premium touch just before its life-cycle ends in the next two years is a fitting homage to a category and a package that is good, but not great enough to win the enthusiast back.

Price

The 2020 Bajaj Pulsar 180F price was Rs 1.15 lakh before being discontinued in India. Available in three color variants Black-Red, Black-Silver and Neon Orange.

Bajaj Auto has taken off the Pulsar 180F semi-faired bike from its official India website. This could be an indication that the motorcycle has been discontinued, which has also been affirmed by some of our dealer sources. However, we are yet to get an official confirmation from the company. The fact that Bajaj recently brought back the naked Pulsar 180 backs our speculation of discontinuation of its semi-faired F version.

Tuesday, 23 August 2022 08:10 PM Bajaj Auto has discontinued the Pulsar 180 in India, with the model being removed from the companys official website. This decision is believed to be driven by low demand for the model. The Pulsar 180, which was reintroduced in 2021 as a BS6 model, was known for its 178cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine producing 17 hp and 14.2 Nm of torque. I think this move might be a strategic shift to focus on more popular models in the lineup.
Wednesday, 03 March 2021 05:16 PM The Bajaj Pulsar 180F, which was launched in April 2021 as a BS6 compliant model, has also been discontinued. Priced at Rs. 1.08 lakh ex-showroom Delhi, the 180F featured a semi-fairing design inspired by the Pulsar 220F and included minor mechanical updates like a bigger catalytic converter and fuel injection. I believe the design cues from the 220F were a great addition, but perhaps the market wasnt as receptive as expected.
Thursday, 11 April 2019 10:59 PM In 2019, Bajaj Auto replaced the standard Pulsar 180 with the Pulsar 180F, which used the same underpinnings but added a semi-fairing from the Pulsar 220F. The Pulsar 180F was priced at Rs. 86,490 ex-showroom Mumbai and was seen as an upgrade to the naked version. I think this move was a good attempt to refresh the model, but it seems it didnt quite meet the companys expectations.
Thursday, 11 April 2019 02:05 PM The Pulsar 180F featured several design elements, including twin projector smoked headlamps, a muscular fuel tank with shrouds, and a tweaked semi-digital instrument cluster. The bike retained its performance figures of 17 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 14.2 Nm at 6,500 rpm from its 178cc air-cooled, fuel-injected engine. I believe the design was a strong point, but perhaps the market was looking for more significant updates.
Thursday, 11 April 2019 07:46 PM Bajaj Auto had introduced the Pulsar 180F with minor mechanical changes to meet BS6 norms, such as a bigger catalytic converter and the inclusion of fuel injection. Despite these updates, the performance figures remained unchanged. The bike was available in two colors: Laser Black and Nuclear Blue. I think these updates were necessary but might not have been enough to keep the model competitive.

Bajaj Pulsar 125 Split Seat Drum

Honestly, the Pulsar 125 Split Seat feels like a younger sibling of the classic Pulsar. The styling is sharp, and it’s comfortable for both rider and pillion. But I wish it had a bit more torque for quicker overtakes. For daily use, though the mileage and build make it a great pick.

Bajaj Pulsar N150

The Bajaj Pulsar N150 strikes a balance between performance and practicality. Its 149.68cc engine delivers adequate power for urban commutes. The lightweight chassis enhances maneuverability, while the semi-digital console adds a modern touch. However, the lack of a rear disc brake is noticeable during hard braking.

Reasonable bike with easy commuting

TVS XL 100 is a per bike for those who have tight budget. It come under 50k price and best suitable for daily commute. I bought this bike for my gardener who’s living with us for more than 20 years. He is really happy for this gift, now he can use this for his part time. The mileage is very sufficient of 50kmpl. The built up quality is strong and durable. However the pick up is the biggest drawback for TVS XL 100. I must say, apart from pick up everything is good to go. It has very low maintenance as well.

The TVS XL 100 is a good low-budget two-wheeler that has a 99.7 cc engine. It can support a good amount of weight.
it delivers excellent mileage up to 60–70 km, and the starting price is Rs. 31,079. The metal body of the scooter ensures its durability and stability, it is best for daily rides as it is affordable for poor people as well. It can carry huge loads since it has the energy efficiency and a sturdy load carrier. Its spare parts and other equipment have low prices which makes it more affordable and easy to maintain.
