My ♥ yamaha ♥ Fazer ♥
I bought Fazer on June 13th 2012 .. Awesome Bike for long drive, easy handling in traffics, pakka pick up speed & perfect style . As a 153cc engine Fazer is giving the best performance. Guys who r all having idea abt fazer plz dont worry abt milage .. its giving 38 in city and 42 and above in Hwys.. For the first 2000-2500 km plz drive in 50-60. then i bet that fazer will give the above mileage..i ♥ Yamaha ♥
Bought this bike on April-6-2011. A very good decision. It feels as good as new. A lot of people have the biggest question on mileage, Well, I am getting a mileage of around 38-40 kmpl from this. This might be due to my good driving and awesome roads of Noida-Delhi-gurgaon. Try half-clutch gear shifts. I have generally seen people with FZ complaining more for mileage. If you are also thinking on same lines think about this: In a year you will run at-most 8k. Are the savings of petrol worthy enough to go for a Pulsar and regret your decision later?
A note on color: Choose black as for any other color( I have red) the hood starts to appear very bulky and strange. This is because Red bike does not have all red plastics and red + black front hoods makes it look a little bulky.
Pros:-very refined engine, Very nice sound, unlike rattling of pulsar. After all Its yamaha-very stable and safe bike. No skidding. owing to its large tyres.-stylish & head turner-good pickup-Gear shifting, clutch all are smooth as butter (yamaha engineering again)- Feels new even after 1.5 years
Cons:-Fazer is less agile than FZ and you can't cut corners in jams. FZ is more nimble-The pickup goes down with time as for every bike. But regular servicing helps.-The front should should be a little low like yamaha R15.
Friendly advice: Think about FZ rather than Fazer because its handle is different to Fazer which gives a better riding position. You get the same machine with different styling and less money.
Bought this bike on
My fazer gives mileage of 45+kmpl in city.awesome bike i luv it
i have both p220 & fazer since 1 year. fazer is of my brother. i
have been using both bikes alternatively i choose fazer upon p220 bcoz
p220 is not suitable for long rides as it causes lot of noise in rear
shock absorber & it always hits rear silencer& shock absorber
even while passing through the smallest hump& its quality worsens in
1 years... but its worth buying if you are using it for less than 2-3
years. compared to my brother's fazer works fine but its not as fast as
p220. i am impressed by its quality. its as new as at the day my brother
bought it 2years back.
hey guysssssssss m lil cnfused btween fz16 fazer and duke 125
which 2 buy??????
nice bike.good pick up.
i have this bike since two years, before buying this one i have reserched about 8 months, drove many bikes like pulser 220,apache 180 etc,but this is my machine,i am not a racer,i drive safe around 30 to 55km/h on road,no other bike has such balance like fazer, now after two years i am proud to say that i have a yamaha fazer.
This one is my favorite.I had drove the bike this is fabulous
i am also having the same ....nice bike
