Our take on this /// Verdict
The Suzuki Hayate is a solid entry-level commuter motorcycle designed to cater to the needs of everyday riders in India. It offers a smooth and efficient riding experience, thanks to its 112.8cc air-cooled, SOHC engine that produces 8.7 PS of power and 9.3 Nm of torque. The bikes handling is neutral and stable, making it suitable for navigating through congested city roads. However, it lacks some modern features such as a disc brake and an RPM meter, which might be a drawback for some users. The suspension setup, including telescopic forks at the front and five-step adjustable rear shock absorbers, provides a comfortable ride on Indian roads. Despite some limitations, the Hayate is a reliable and fuel-efficient option that gets you from point A to point B effortlessly, making it a good choice for commuters.
Price
The Suzuki Hayate is priced competitively in the Indian market. The ex-showroom price in Delhi ranges from 44,969 to 52,953, depending on the variant and location. When you factor in the on-road costs, including registration, insurance, and other charges, the price can go up to around 60,000 to 70,000. This pricing makes the Hayate an attractive option for those looking for an affordable and reliable commuter bike. However, its important to note that prices can vary slightly based on the state and local taxes.

Suzuki Hayate STD Discussion
one month ago i have bought this mileage is very poor
Its the most powerful bike in its segment 8.68bhp nearly 0.18bhp greater than dream yuga and torque is also very high. Its gives a mileage about 68-72 kmpl under normal riding conditions and more than 60kmpl even before 1st service. Its price onroad is about rs 46000 is lowest in its class and also a product of Suzuki motor corporation, Japan. With all these added advantages, it is the best bike in its segment if it offers durability without any engine wear within 4-5 years unlike bajajs and heros and tvss. It will regain its position which was once had by Suzuki max100r, what a durable engine it had.
buy this one and save fuel for upcoming generation.
suzuki launched hayate.very nice bike.very low price good milage good style good speed also compare to twister and discover u must be go 4 suzuki hayate
Petrol tank looks like old Bajaj Caliber's. I had much expectation from suzuki. Now lost it. They are making bikes for oldmen! No designs are for youth. They must learn from Yamaha.
For YES - Suzuki Hayate & No - Honda CB Twister
Honda CB twister or Suzuki Hayate(the newly launched) am so much confused, with what to buy... or shud i go for Bajaj Discover 1004G??? need a good review.. I expect bike to give better mileage, good looks, smoother suspension, smoother engine..
