TVS Star City Plus 110

About
The TVS Star City Plus is a well-rounded commuter motorcycle that has been a popular choice in India for many years. It features a 110cc single-cylinder engine with TVSs Ecothrust fuel injection technology, which helps in delivering better mileage. The motorcycle comes with a 4-speed gearbox and offers smooth and linear power delivery, making it suitable for city riding. The addition of a disc brake at the front and a combined braking system enhances safety. The bike also boasts an LED headlight, a semi-digital instrument cluster, and a USB charger, which are premium features in this segment. The ride is comfortable, thanks to its soft suspension and well-padded saddle, although some users have noted that the seat could be slightly firmer. Overall, the Star City Plus is a reliable, efficient, and stylish option for daily commuting and occasional long rides.

USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The TVS Star City Plus is a compelling option in the 110cc commuter segment, offering a blend of style, comfort, and efficiency. My experience with this motorcycle has been positive, particularly in city riding conditions where it excels with its smooth and linear power delivery. The addition of an LED headlight, a USB charger, and a disc brake at the front enhances its appeal. However, there are some minor drawbacks, such as the engine feeling a bit gruff at higher revs and some vibrations noticeable past 60kmph. Despite these, the Star City Plus is a reliable and engaging ride, making it a strong contender for those seeking a stylish and efficient commuter motorcycle.
Price
In India, the TVS Star City Plus is priced competitively within its segment. The ex-showroom price for the disc variant is around Rs 72,255, while the drum brake variant is slightly lower at around Rs 70,000.
