    Royal Enfield Continental GT is the newest product from Royal Enfield with a typical cafe racer look. It was launched in UK in September 2013, almost 60 years after the last cafe racer bike by Royal Enfield. It is the fastest, lightest and the costliest production motorcycle ever from the company. It consists of a flat seat with a little bit of contour at rear, a chiseled 13.5 liters fuel tank with knee recesses, an optional pillion seat and bar-end rear view mirrors, 18-inch spoked wheels with Pirelli Sport Demon tires, twin double-tube cradle frame type chassis, both analogue and digital instrument cluster, revamped ECU, a digital electronic ignition system, Keihin EFI, a wet multi-plate clutch and an upswept exhaust. It has also got a 535cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with maximum power and torque of 29.1bhp at 5100rpm and 44Nm at 4000rpm respectively and a five speed constant mesh transmission. It is manufactured in Oragadam plant of Royal Enfield in Chennai, India.

    This two wheeler is another one to line up in the retro looking bikes. Royal Enfield Continental GT will launch in the second half of the year. It gets a 535 cc air cooled unit. And for the engine to review quicker, it features a lighter flywheel. It is said to weighs about 15 units lesser than the other trims from the company. The max power delivered will dangle around 35 bhp and this bike is expected to reach 200 in just 10 seconds. The mileage will be around 22 km/l. It will offer you a great riding experience with its low placed clips on handle bars, which enhance the aerodynamics and a thigh support.

    There is even a little storage space, but do not expect too much. The vehicle gets a Double Cradle chassis for a better stability. To adjust to the Indian traffic and narrow roads, it should get a less turning radius. The color scheme is well set and th chrome finished multi spoke wheels increases the aesthetics. All in all, it is expected to get a perfect value for money, which simply means, it will be a worthy buy.
