USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 Bobber is an intriguing addition to the Royal Enfield lineup, offering a unique blend of classic styling and modern bobber aesthetics. With its ape hanger handlebar, deeply scooped seat, and white-walled tyres, this bike stands out from its siblings like the Classic 350 and Meteor 350. The riding position is more upright and comfortable, making it a great option for those who want a stylish yet practical ride. However, the price point, expected to be around Rs 2.2 lakh ex-showroom, positions it as a premium offering, which might make it less accessible to some buyers. Overall, its a solid choice for those looking for a distinctive, fun-to-ride motorcycle with the reliability of the J-series engine.
Price
The Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 Bobber is expected to be priced around Rs 2.2 lakh ex-showroom in India. When you factor in the on-road costs, including registration, insurance, and other taxes, the price could escalate to around Rs 2.7 lakh to Rs 3 lakh, depending on the state and local taxes. This pricing places the Goan Classic 350 Bobber between the Classic 350 and the Meteor 350, making it a mid-range option within Royal Enfields portfolio. While it may seem pricey for some, the unique styling and additional features like the optional pillion seat and Tripper navigation module could justify the cost for enthusiasts looking for a distinctive ride.
Latest Updates
Tuesday, 19 November 2024 04:58 AM Royal Enfield is set to launch the Goan Classic 350 on November 23 at the Motoverse 2024 event in Goa. This new 350cc motorcycle will be the fifth bike based on the J-series platform and will feature a bobber-style design, including whitewall tyres and a mini ape hanger handlebar. The bike retains the 349cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine producing 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm of torque. I think this unique design will appeal to those looking for a classic yet modern ride.
Friday, 15 November 2024 08:39 AM The Goan Classic 350 will come with a distinctive design, featuring a single seat with an optional pillion seat, and classic elements like a round LED headlamp and whitewall tyres. The motorcycle will also have a new exhaust and exposed rear wheel, enhancing its bobber styling. The riding position is expected to be more relaxed compared to the Classic 350.
Friday, 15 November 2024 03:45 AM Royal Enfield has engineered a clever solution for pillion riders on the Goan Classic 350, incorporating a hinged frame that connects to the riders sculpted seat, similar to the system found on the Shotgun 650. This feature sets it apart from other bobbers in the market. I believe this innovation will make it a more practical choice for riders who occasionally carry passengers.
Friday, 15 November 2024 11:13 AM The Goan Classic 350 will be based on the twin downtube spine frame and will be equipped with 41 mm telescopic front forks and dual rear shocks with a 6-step adjustable preload. It will have a ground clearance of 170 mm, a seat height of around 805 mm, and dual-channel ABS with 300 mm front and 270 mm rear disc brakes.
Friday, 15 November 2024 03:25 PM The motorcycle is expected to be priced around Rs. 2.10 lakh (ex-showroom), positioning it at the premium end of Royal Enfields 350cc range. This pricing strategy reflects its unique design and additional features compared to the standard Classic 350.
Friday, 15 November 2024 07:16 PM The Goan Classic 350 will feature an LED headlamp, a single pod instrument cluster, and Tripper navigation, carrying most of the features from the Classic 350. The design includes a tall U-shaped handlebar and new fenders at both ends, giving it an old-school vibe.
Friday, 15 November 2024 02:22 AM Royal Enfields decision to name the bike Goan Classic 350 is likely a homage to the custom-bike culture in Goa, where many Royal Enfield bikes have been modified into custom bobbers. This naming choice adds a cultural and nostalgic touch to the motorcycle.
Friday, 15 November 2024 01:12 AM The Goan Classic 350 will be available in single and dual-channel ABS variants, offering customers a choice based on their safety preferences. The base variants are likely to have a drum brake at the rear, while higher variants will feature disc brakes.
Friday, 15 November 2024 07:40 AM The test mules of the Goan Classic 350 have been spotted with machined alloy wheels, although wire-spoke wheels are expected to be standard. This gives customers the option to choose between different wheel types based on their preferences.
Friday, 15 November 2024 06:08 AM The Goan Classic 350s kerb weight is expected to be around 197 kg for the single-seater version, with the pillion seat and frame adding approximately 9 kg. This weight distribution is crucial for maintaining the bikes balance and performance.
Mileage
Wednesday, 20 November 2024 06:33 AM The mileage of the Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 Bobber is expected to be similar to that of the Classic 350, given that it uses the same 349cc single-cylinder engine. You can anticipate a fuel efficiency of around 30-35 kmpl in city riding conditions and up to 40 kmpl on the highways. This makes it a reasonable choice for daily commuting and occasional long rides, considering the running costs and fuel efficiency.

I am 6'2" young man from Junagadh district gujarat ,just bought 350 classic from junagadh outlet. It is a beautiful bike. I have ash one. when I read review before buying i disappointed about bike quality but when i ride, I never find any problem even a small one. Bike vibrates a bit between 50-60 kmph then after 60 it goes like butter (I don't care about it and it isn't a big issue). I didn't find any loosen part(review said about loosen bolt ) Bike milage is about 40-45 asper driving i drove in mixed traffic(327km/8lit still not in reserve) Great Performance ,metal body, and its enfield Follow user manual ,drive safe, and enjoy yours bull.Definitely u won't disappointed....just buy it.

Best Features: Metal body, build quality, looks, and best one is mileage (327km /8 litre still not in reserve mode)

Pros: Almost every thing. Metal body, looks,thump....many more....

Cons: Fuel gauge (no need), brakes should be improved

My Dream Bike

It is really a great experience to have this bike. The acceleration is un-matched, it reaches up to 60 kmph under 7-9 seconds. The riding position is amazing if you want to go for long trips. The pillion seat is also very comfortable which is quite helpful in long journeys. As far as design is concerned, it is praiseworthy and impressive. The company has done a great paint job. Fuel economy is perfect and its pick-up is also very note-worthy. The engine performance is good, but needs attention towards the oil seals. Gearbox and clutch leakages needs to be repaired. Lack of fuel gauge is another missing feature in this bike. They need to add disc brakes for the rear wheels, it can boost confidence in the rider while having long journeys.

Best Features: Good Pick-up and Handling

Pros: Stylish, comfortable pillion seat, perfect paint job, good pick-up, good handling, perfect for off road riding

Cons: Bad gearbox, loose oil-seals, expensive, lacks trip meter and tachometer, no fuel gauge, absence of rear disc brakes

Powerful Machine and Best Buy

Buying Enfield Classic 350 is one of the best decision I have made during my college days. I fall in love with it the day I took first ride. Initially, I was frightened to kick start the motorcycle but it started at the first attempt. I can't compare my motorcycle with any other sports bike as its looks are amazing, performance is great and most of all it is an fuel efficient machine. Only problem I faced (which is actually faced by pillion passenger) is discomfort during long journey. Periodical service is the prime thing you should take care of.

Best Features: Appearance I must Say

Pros: Fuel efficient, Great ergonomics, Powerful engine, Stunning looks, Easier electric and kick start

Cons: Rusting while rainy season, Vibration below 60 kmph, Gear shifting problem
