LML announced the launch of the automatic scooter "Star Euro 150" on 19th February, 2014. LML Star Euro 150 is the India's first 150 cc automatic scooter with a full metal body. The scooter is based on a semi monocoque structure having pressed steel sheet in the front and tubular frame in rear. It comes with a 4-stroke 150 cc engine and a CVT gearbox which makes it the largest displacement automatic scooter in India. The four stroke engine of Star 150 provides an output of 9.38bhp of peak power and propels the scooter to a top speed of 90kmph. The company claims a 55kmpl mileage figure, which is an impressive figure for a 150 cc engine automatic scooter.

The scooter comes with a 7 litres fuel tank that should give it a range of about 300 kilometres before the need for fuel stop. The length of the scooter is 1,760 mm, width of the scooter is 695 mm and height of the scooter is 820 mm. The wheelbase of the scooter is 1,260 mm. The scooter rides on 12'' wheels and features a ground clearance of 160 mm. The weight of the scooter is 112 kilograms. The retro designing of the Euro Star 150 seems designed to appeal to the middle aged scooter buyers. The euro 150 comes with a semi monocoque structure having pressed steel sheet in front and tubular frame in rear, covered by sheet metal shell assembly.

The steering column is pivoted at the front wheel swinging hub. Euro Star 150 has front and rear suspension with hydraulic dampers and helical springs. It has a centrifugal clutch which provides smooth gear shifting ability to the scooter. The single-cylinder, four-stroke, forced air-cooled with single overhead cam and two valves engine provides a displacement of 150.82 cc. It comes with a Capacitor Discharge Ignition (CDI) Electronic ignition system. It has mechanical expanding shoe type drum breaks in front as well as rear. It has a 12 V-5Ah battery. The button start system has not been working properly since it was purchased in 2014. The kick start system is quite difficult and uncomfortable to use. The service provided by the dealer in Gurgaon is unsatisfactory. They do not have trained mechanics at their service centre.
