This small beast has all the contemporary characteristics thanks to Honda. One of the best entry-level dual-purpose bikes on the market is the Honda CRF250L.

According to recent rumors from Japan, Honda may be planning to release a smaller version of the Honda Africa Twin. The new motorcycle may really be a rebranded Honda CRF 250 L Rally known as the Honda CRF 250 Africa Twin. Honda may be developing an entry-level Africa Twin model based on the Honda CRF 250 L Rally, according to the Japanese journal Young Machine, which by the way seems to be fairly accurate in its forecasts and scoops. The adventure touring model's 250 cc iteration will grow the market and, hopefully, increase its share.

Honda has unveiled the CRF250L and CRF250L Rally, two models of its quarter-liter, dual-purpose motorcycles, for 2021. The modifications to the motorcycles include both aesthetic and mechanical improvements.

Tuesday, 12 November 2024 10:48 PM The 2023 Honda CRF250L is expected to be priced around Rs 1.50 lakh in India, making it an attractive option for those looking for a powerful yet fuel-efficient off-road motorcycle. This bike boasts a 250cc, liquid-cooled engine producing 23 HP and 22 Nm of torque, along with a ground clearance of 255 mm. I think this pricing is competitive and could attract a lot of buyers in the Indian market.
Tuesday, 12 November 2024 06:54 AM There are rumors that Honda may be developing an entry-level Africa Twin model based on the Honda CRF 250 L Rally, known as the Honda CRF 250 Africa Twin. This could expand the market for adventure touring motorcycles and increase Hondas share in this segment. I believe this would be a great move to cater to a broader range of riders.
Thursday, 03 June 2021 11:46 PM Honda has filed a patent for the CRF300L in India, which is the successor to the CRF250L, complying with Euro 5 and BS6 emission norms. This move indicates Hondas commitment to bringing more compliant and efficient motorcycles to the Indian market. I believe this is a positive step towards offering environmentally friendly options without compromising performance.
Sunday, 15 November 2020 03:33 PM The 2021 Honda CRF250L and CRF250L Rally were revealed with significant styling and mechanical upgrades. The updated motor now produces 24bhp and 23Nm, and features improved ground clearance, making it more suitable for various terrains. I think these upgrades will enhance the riding experience and appeal to adventure enthusiasts.
Wednesday, 11 November 2020 08:22 AM Despite the interest, Honda has no immediate plans to introduce the CRF250L in India, focusing instead on other models. This decision has left many enthusiasts disappointed, especially given the bikes potential in the Indian market. I think Honda should reconsider, as there is a clear demand for such motorcycles.

The CRF uses a de-tuned Honda CBR250R engine with the benefit of more low and mid range power. Soft, user friendly delivery will help you make good ground without getting you into trouble. It’s also very quiet, ideal for trail riding

Good ergonomics, suspension and chassis means that the CRF is well balanced either on road when you’re sat down or off-road stood up. It weaves slightly at speeds over 65mph, but this could be just down to tyres.

Although the CRF has a well-padded (for an enduro...) seat and is actually pretty comfortable to ride, you won't want to log too many miles on one due to its slow speed and poor performance.

The Honda CBR250R engine of the CRF has been detuned to produce more low and midrange power. You may make progress without getting into trouble with a soft, approachable delivery. The quietness makes it perfect for trail riding.

Excuse me: Mark my words "There will never, ever be a "HONDA" 200-300 dual sport bike in India - To HONDA it will always stay as a pipe-dream!!

Honda just doesnt have a good marketing prowess to compete with homegrown HERO versions in the segment.

HERO wins, always as you know!!

I don't think any off road- on road is going to be launched in India before at least 2 years. All because of these sports bikes coming to challenge duke 390. Everyone is so busy towards them that no one is thinking of other riders. Its all crap. They keep launching stupid powerful bikes and we don't even have proper roads for them. I tell you I live in Himachal Pradesh and except the highways you will never find a good road. Got my hopes up with impulse but they launched it with crap power -_-
