USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Maruti Suzuki Ritz, particularly the Buzz Edition, is a compelling choice for those seeking a practical, feature-rich, and economical hatchback. Despite its unconventional design, which may not appeal to everyone, the Ritz offers excellent value for money. It boasts a peppy K12M engine, providing smooth and powerful performance, even with the air conditioner on. The cars aerodynamic design and tall boy concept make it spacious and comfortable, especially for taller individuals. The ride quality, although a bit bumpy due to stiff suspension, is mitigated by the use of wider and softer tires. The Buzz Edition adds useful updates such as a basic parking sensor and an updated Nippon stereo with USB and Bluetooth connectivity, enhancing the overall driving experience. However, areas like rear visibility and the need for better music system features are notable. Overall, the Ritz is a solid choice for families and practical buyers.
Price
The pricing of the Maruti Suzuki Ritz Buzz Edition in India was competitive and attractive. At the time of its release, the ex-showroom price for the Ritz ZXi, which is the top trim, was around 5.7 lakh in cities like Kolkata. When factoring in additional costs such as extended warranties, registration, and other taxes, the on-road price would typically range between 6.5 to 7.5 lakh, depending on the location. This pricing made the Ritz an excellent value-for-money proposition, especially when compared to its competitors like the Swift, which offered similar features at a higher cost. The Buzz Edition, with its additional features, would have added a slight premium but still remained within a budget-friendly range.

I am riding Ritz since two years. It's a good car for small family of four members. The overall design is nice and different. Most of it, it's a fuel efficient car which is the prime need of every buyer. Initially, I got 12kmpl average through this car which later improved to 14kmpl. Yes, now it is constant at 14. I believe it depends upon the driving skills also that how well you treat your car. I always drive at moderate speed with less gear shifting. Ergonomically, its really amazing with good rolling of seats. The front seats are good enough to provide clear visibility of the road thanks to high driving position. The rear seats are also comfortable for long tours and it support lots of spaces for needy stuff. Overall, it provides smooth drive even with 5 on-board passengers. I must recommend this car to everyone.
