Latest Updates
The brand name "Tracer" has been registered by Yamaha India throughout the nation. Three things might be implied by this. The name may firstly just be being registered again by Yamaha, as it was in 2017. Second, Yamaha may introduce the Tracer 700 or Tracer 900, which are already on the market and sold abroad, or the business may be working on a Tracer specifically for India along similar lines.

Discussions and Questions Yamaha Tracer
What is the difference between MT-09 and Tracer 900?
The Tracer 900 is some 20kg heavier than the MT-09, and in some ways, the motorcycle really needs the extra weight. The power plant is still very ample at 85 kW (115 hp), but it just felt much more appropriate for an upright motorcycle carrying a bit more weight — and maybe some luggage, too.
How to improve mileage?
In order to improve the mileage, we would suggest you ride slower. Riding fast can reduce your fuel efficiency by up to 33% if you are travelling above 60 kmph. It is best to change gears appropriately and match the gear and the RPM carefully.
Is Yamaha Tracer 900 GT available in Electric?
No, Currently there is no Electric engine option available on Yamaha Tracer 900 GT.
Is the Yamaha Tracer 700 easy to handle, especially in city traffic?
Yes, it's surprisingly nimble. I don't feel like I'm wrestling with it in traffic. It's agile, making my daily commute less of a hassle.
Would the Yamaha Tracer 700 be manageable for someone like me, who's still relatively new to riding?
It could be a step up, but many riders with some experience find it manageable. Its balanced performance and approachable handling make it a good choice for progressing riders.
