Our take on this /// Verdict
The Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster Chrome Edition is a stunning blend of vintage charm and modern technology, making it a compelling choice for those seeking a cruiser that stands out. The bikes design, with its meticulous chrome work, LED lighting, and retro badges, is nothing short of exquisite. On the road, it delivers a comfortable and effortless riding experience, thanks to its torquey 1200cc liquid-cooled parallel twin motor, ride-by-wire, and slipper clutch. The handling is neutral and forgiving, making it accessible to both novice and seasoned riders. However, the low ground and cornering clearance can be a bit of a hindrance, especially on poorly designed speed breakers. Overall, the Speedmaster offers fantastic value, especially when compared to its competitors like the Harley-Davidson 1200 Custom and Indian Scout. It is a great option for those who want a cruiser that marries style, comfort, and performance seamlessly.
Price
The Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster Chrome Edition is priced at around Rs 11.11 lakh ex-showroom in India, with the optional Highway kit adding another Rs 1.23 lakh (excluding taxes), bringing the total to Rs 12.34 lakh ex-showroom. On-road prices can vary depending on the state and local taxes, but you can expect to pay around Rs 13.5 lakh to Rs 14.5 lakh on-road. Given the features, build quality, and performance, this price point is quite competitive, especially considering the extensive list of electronic aids and the high-quality finish of the bike. The Chrome Edition, with its enhanced aesthetic appeal, justifies the slight premium over the standard model, making it a worthwhile investment for those who appreciate the finer details in their motorcycle.
Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster Chrome Edition on road price is Rs 14.79 lakh in Delhi, Rs 15.29 lakh in Mumbai, Rs 14.97 lakh in Kolkata and Rs 15.16 lakh in Chennai. The prices mentioned here are approximate and we suggest you contact your nearest Triumph dealership to get the exact on-road price quote in your city.

The 2023 Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster Chrome Edition has been launched, featuring an exquisitely crafted limited edition chrome tank with a bold Diablo Red surround. This edition stands out with its flawless chrome finish, Jet Black mudguards, side panels, and headlight bowl. The bike retains the classic custom attitude and comfortable cruiser riding position of the Speedmaster, along with modern features like ABS, traction control, and cruise control. I think this chrome edition is a stunning addition to the Bonneville line, but the maintenance of the chrome finish might be a concern.

Triumph has priced the 2023 Bonneville Speedmaster Chrome Edition at Rs. 16,195 in Canada and £13,195 in the UK, with a US MSRP of $14,295. This is about Rs. 80,000 more than the standard Speedmaster, reflecting the premium chrome finish and exclusive accessories. Ex Showroom Price vs On Road Price | Ex-Showroom Price is the Manufacturing Cost of the vehicle + Dealer/Seller Profit + GST (Goods and Service Tax) + Transportation Charges (from the manufacturing plant to the dealership). On the other hand, the On-Road Price is the actual cost you pay to the dealership to make the vehicle legal to run on the roads. It includes Ex-Showroom Price in your city + RTO Charges (Vehicle Registration) + One Time Road Tax + Insurance Charges. The On-Road Price also includes some optional things like if you opt for Genuine Accessories and Extended Warranty while buying a vehicle. Please note that the On-Road Price varies a lot across different states in India due to different percentage for the State Registration Charges. |

I have owned this bike for about a year now and just loving every ride. It is a great product from Triumph with a lot of history, and carries a thoroughly modern engine beneath the classic looks. It's a bike which I have been using almost daily and have no complains whatsoever. The build quality is top notch and will last for a generation.
Best Features: Good low-mid range torque, excellent handling even at high speeds, metzler tyres provide excellent grip
Pros: Classic looks, refined engine, super built quality, good for long distance rides, spot-on ergonomics
