About
The Triumph Bonneville Bobber is a unique motorcycle that combines the classic design of retro bikes with the performance and technology of modern motorcycles. Powered by a 1,200cc liquid-cooled parallel-Twin engine, the Bobber offers a smooth and powerful ride, with a special tune and taller gearing that makes it suitable for both relaxing cruises and sporty rides. The bike features an adjustable seat, mid-mounted pegs, and a flat handlebar, providing a comfortable yet slightly leaned-in riding posture. The instrument cluster is a beautiful round analog speedometer with an inset LCD screen, and the bike comes equipped with ride modes, cruise control, switchable traction control, and ABS. The styling is a major highlight, with exposed chassis elements, spoke wheels, and twin slash-cut exhausts that give it a radical look. While it has some limitations, such as low ground clearance and stiff suspension, the Bobbers overall package makes it an attractive option for those seeking a stylish and fun-to-ride motorcycle.

USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Triumph Bonneville Bobber is a motorcycle that seamlessly blends retro styling with modern performance and comfort. My experience with this bike has been nothing short of impressive, with its 1,200cc parallel-Twin engine delivering a powerful and pleasant rumble that is hard to ignore. The bikes handling is a highlight, making it easy to maneuver through tight turns and corners, although the suspension could be improved for better comfort on bumpy roads. The ergonomics, while requiring a bit of adjustment, provide a comfortable riding position, and the addition of features like cruise control, switchable traction control, and ABS enhance the overall riding experience. However, the low ground clearance and stiff suspension are notable drawbacks, especially on Indian roads. Despite these, the Bobbers unique style, robust engine, and fun-to-ride nature make it a compelling choice for those looking to stand out on the road.

Mileage
Tuesday, 19 November 2024 02:35 AM The mileage of the Triumph Bonneville Bobber in India is quite respectable given its powerful engine. During my test rides, I observed an average fuel consumption of around 61.1 mpg, which translates to approximately 25-27 kml in Indian conditions. With a fuel tank capacity of 3.2 gallons (around 12 liters), this means you can expect a range of nearly 300-320 kilometers on a full tank. This is more than adequate for urban and weekend rides, although frequent refueling may be necessary for longer trips. The efficient engine and decent fuel capacity make the Bobber a practical choice for regular use. I have owned this bike for about a year now and just loving every ride. It is a great product from Triumph with a lot of history, and carries a thoroughly modern engine beneath the classic looks. It's a bike which I have been using almost daily and have no complains whatsoever. The build quality is top notch and will last for a generation.

Best Features: Good low-mid range torque, excellent handling even at high speeds, metzler tyres provide excellent grip

Pros: Classic looks, refined engine, super built quality, good for long distance rides, spot-on ergonomics

Cons: Could be more powerful, No accessories
