Ex Showroom Price vs On Road Price | Ex-Showroom Price is the Manufacturing Cost of the vehicle + Dealer/Seller Profit + GST (Goods and Service Tax) + Transportation Charges (from the manufacturing plant to the dealership). On the other hand, the On-Road Price is the actual cost you pay to the dealership to make the vehicle legal to run on the roads. It includes Ex-Showroom Price in your city + RTO Charges (Vehicle Registration) + One Time Road Tax + Insurance Charges. The On-Road Price also includes some optional things like if you opt for Genuine Accessories and Extended Warranty while buying a vehicle. Please note that the On-Road Price varies a lot across different states in India due to different percentage for the State Registration Charges. |

KTM RC 200 GP Review
Quick Review by Maxabout Team
KTM has introduced the GP Edition of its RC 200 model in India, inspired by the MotoGP race bike. This special edition adds a slew of one-of-a-kind cosmetic touches as well as a MotoGP-inspired paint scheme to both the RC 200 and RC 390.
A tinted visor, blacked-out finishes for a more aggressive look, a large black KTM logo running across the layered full fairing, and all-black cast alloy rims, are among the visual changes.
The same 199cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine powers the RC 200. It produces 25 HP of maximum power and a peak torque of 19.2 Nm. It gets a 40% larger airbox, which beefs up the torque band. A 43mm WP Apex USD fork with 10mm more suspension travel and a mono-shock handle the suspension duties. The RC gets new five-spoke lightweight alloy wheels and revised braking hardware.
The design is the most significant change for the 2021 RC 200. The old twin-projector fascia has been replaced by a broader, all-LED headlight flanked by new fairing-mounted DRLs and indicators integrated into a boomerang-like outline. KTM has redesigned the side fairings so that less heat will be emitted and it will also be channelled away from the rider's legs.
The RC 200 is also outfitted with the same monochrome LCD console as the 250 Adventure. In comparison to the old model's orange backlit dash, this is more modern and well-designed.
In India, the KTM RC 200 GP Edition costs Rs 2.15 lakh (ex-showroom). In the full-faired 200cc supersport segment, the KTM RC 200 has been alone. Yamaha R15 V4 is Rs 28,000 less expensive, but it has a smaller engine. For Rs 24,000 less than the RC, consider the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, which is more powerful but not as sporty as the RC. Its Indian cousin, Bajaj RS 200 is a more street-friendly full-faired motorcycle and not as serious as the RC 200.

KTM RC 490
I am loving the power and performance –the engine growls in a way that makes my heart race. But the fuel efficiency is disappointing but I feel like I am at the pump too often. And that seat height? Not for the faint-hearted! If you are shorter, you might find it tough to manage.
