USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The new Jawa 350 is a significant improvement over its predecessor, and it marks a step in the right direction for Classic Legends. The motorcycle retains its classic and elegant design, with the generous use of chrome and subtle detailing that exude a classy vibe. The fit and finish have been notably improved, making it a big step up from earlier models. The riding experience is enhanced by the new 334cc engine, which offers strong mid-range performance and better tractability, even though it produces slightly less power than the previous model. However, there are some niggles, such as the vibrations felt at higher speeds and the less effective rear brake. Despite these, the Jawa 350 feels composed and agile, making it an enjoyable ride, especially in city conditions. Overall, it is a worthy consideration for those seeking a modern-classic roadster, though it may not be the best choice for long-distance touring.
Price
The Jawa 350 is priced at Rs 2.15 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is a Rs 11,000 hike over the outgoing model. While this increase may seem modest considering the significant upgrades, it places the Jawa 350 in close competition with the Royal Enfield Classic 350, which starts at Rs 1.93 lakh and tops out at Rs 2.25 lakh. On-road prices will vary depending on the state and local taxes, but you can expect to pay around Rs 2.50 lakh to Rs 2.70 lakh, including registration, insurance, and other costs. Given the improvements in engine, chassis, and overall quality, the price feels justified, but its crucial to weigh this against the offerings of its main competitor.
2024 Jawa Classic on road price is Rs 2.09 lakh in Delhi, Rs 2.16 lakh in Mumbai, Rs 2.11 lakh in Kolkata and Rs 2.14 lakh in Chennai. The prices mentioned here are approximate and we suggest you contact your nearest Jawa dealership to get the exact on-road price quote in your city.

Friday, 06 September 2024 02:52 AM Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has expanded its lineup with the launch of the Jawa 42 FJ, an update on the 2021 Jawa 42 design. The new model is powered by a liquid-cooled DOHC single-cylinder engine with four-valve heads and a six-speed gearbox, delivering 29 horsepower. The bike also features a tubular steel frame, steel swingarm, and dual rear shocks. I think the increased power and modern features will appeal to both new and seasoned riders.
Friday, 06 September 2024 04:27 PM Classic Legends, the parent company of Jawa Yezdi, has plans to ramp up its distribution network in anticipation of rising demand. The company will add 100 new dealers and service stations across India, expanding its reach to more regions. This move is part of Jawa Yezdis strategy to strengthen its presence in both urban and semi-urban areas. I think this expansion will significantly improve customer service and accessibility for Jawa and Yezdi riders.
Friday, 06 September 2024 03:33 AM Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has seen strong demand since its relaunch in 2018, with its approach of blending classic aesthetics with modern technology resonating well with Indian riders. The brand has successfully attracted a loyal customer base, particularly in urban areas, with models like the Jawa 42 and Yezdi Roadster. I believe the combination of nostalgic design and modern performance is a key factor in Jawa Yezdis success.

This bike boasts a 350 cc engine, producing 30 brake horsepower, and features liquid cooling and a dual-channel anti-lock braking system. It is available in six variants and aims to disrupt the neo-classic market. I believe this new offering will be a strong contender against Royal Enfield and Honda in the same segment.
Thursday, 22 August 2024 11:57 AM Jawa is set to launch a new modern classic motorcycle on September 3, 2024, which will compete with the likes of the Honda CB 350 RS. The new motorcycle is expected to run the same 334 cc Alpha-2 engine as the Jawa 350, producing 22.2 hp and 28.1 Nm, with a 6-speed gearbox. The company has not revealed detailed specifications or design, but it is expected to have a stylish design and good fit and finish. I believe this new launch will further strengthen Jawas position in the neo-classic segment.
Mileage
Monday, 18 November 2024 10:57 PM The mileage of the Jawa 350 is not explicitly stated in the reviews, but given its engine specifications and riding characteristics, it is expected to be comparable to other motorcycles in its class. Typically, a 334cc single-cylinder engine with a 6-speed gearbox and dual-channel ABS would deliver around 30-40 kml in city riding conditions and up to 45 kml on the highway, depending on the riding style and road conditions. However, real-world mileage can vary, and it would be wise to consider the overall efficiency and performance balance that the Jawa 350 offers.
