Latest Updates
Wednesday, 13 September 2023 02:50 AM

Honda India has decided to register the design of the CBR150R in India. This design trademark doesn’t necessarily mean it will relaunch this brand in India, even though it makes perfect sense to do it as currently the Yamaha YZF R15 has no potent rival. Over the last few years, Honda has been registering multiple motorcycles and scooters including some EVs in India. This is being done as the Japanese brand had vision to have most of their products and its technologies registered in India for future use.

Wednesday, 13 September 2023 02:51 AM

Honda has unveiled the 2019 version of its entry-level sportsbike, the CBR150 R in Indonesia. The motorcycle has got both mechanical and cosmetic changes along with new shades. The new colour options for 2019 include matte black, victory black red, Honda racing red and MotoGP edition.

Monday, 04 November 2024 02:57 PM The 2024 Honda CBR150R has been updated with a more aggressive and sportier design, inspired by the Fireblade series. It features a new assist/slipper clutch, inverted front fork, and LED headlight and tail light designs. The bike also retains its Bank Angle Sensor for enhanced safety. I think these updates make it a compelling option for riders looking for both style and safety.
Sunday, 20 October 2024 04:48 PM Honda has confirmed that the CBR150R will come in the Winning Red (Honda Tri-Color) color variant in the Philippine market, with a suggested retail price of PhP 183,900.00, which is approximately Rs. 2.73 lakh in Indian currency. This color scheme is likely to appeal to fans of Hondas racing heritage.
Sunday, 15 September 2024 06:11 AM The Honda CBR150R is expected to be launched in India, although no official date has been announced. The bike has already been patented in India, indicating that Honda is serious about entering the 150cc segment here. I believe this could be a game-changer for Honda in the Indian market.
Sunday, 25 August 2024 08:52 AM The latest version of the Honda CBR150R retains its 149.16cc DOHC, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, producing 17.1 PS at 9000 rpm and 14.4 Nm at 7000 rpm. It also features a six-speed transmission with an assist-and-slipper clutch, which reduces lever effort and prevents rear wheel lock-up during hard downshifts. This engine setup should provide a smooth and powerful ride.
Wednesday, 10 July 2024 05:48 PM Honda has upgraded the CBR150R with dual-channel ABS as a standard feature in many markets, enhancing the bikes braking performance and safety. This is a significant improvement over previous models and aligns with modern safety standards. I think this addition will be well-received by safety-conscious riders.
Saturday, 15 June 2024 12:49 AM The Honda CBR150R is set to rival the Yamaha R15 V4 in the Indian market, should it be launched here. With its updated design, advanced suspension, and safety features, it could pose a strong challenge to its competitors. I believe the competition will drive innovation and better options for consumers.
Monday, 20 May 2024 02:37 AM In its latest update, the Honda CBR150R features a more premium Showa SFF-BP inverted front fork and a rear monoshock, providing sophisticated damping and improved handling. This upgrade should enhance the bikes overall riding experience.
Tuesday, 10 January 2023 01:19 AM There has been speculation about the potential launch of the Honda CBR150R in India, with some reports suggesting it could happen as early as the next few years. However, no official confirmation has been made by Honda. I think the anticipation is high, and fans are eagerly waiting for any news.
Thursday, 15 December 2022 12:16 AM The Honda CBR150R has seen several design and technological updates over the years, including new LED lighting and advanced braking systems. These updates have kept the bike competitive in the market and appealing to new riders.
Tuesday, 16 February 2016 05:15 AM The 2016 Honda CBR150R was launched in Indonesia with an updated design language, improved mechanicals, and an uprated power output. This launch marked a significant refresh for the model, setting the stage for future updates.

The Honda CBR150R is a great model and I am eagerly awaiting the launch of the CBR150R Ex Motion. It looks like a little Harley Davidson, and I'm sure that it will be a winner in the market. I'm a bike lover and a marketing person and I use it for my daily long drives, so I'm looking forward to a 150 cc bike with minimum 45 kmpl and a price tag below 1.50 lakhs. Models like the Honda Unicorn 150, Yamaha FZ, Suzuki Gixxer etc. will be great options.

Riding the bike is so much fun and that's the reason I never get bored riding it even after 10 months. Yes, I felt pain in my wrists initially because I was not used to the sitting position but now I am comfortable. It returns me mileage of 40-42 kmpl from which I am satisfied. Like nothing is perfect, it too have some minor problems which I don't consider in front of its good features.
