Vehicle Overview | Hero Hunk is a 150cc commuter sport motorcycle that has been in the market since quite long. It received a minor facelift and due to its less than expected sales, it can be discontinued if a new 150cc series of motorcycles is planned by the company. It is powered by a 149.2cc engine producing 15.6 BHP and 13.5 Nm of torque. The high 146 kg of weight and a conventional 5-speed gearbox makes it good for just 112 kmph of top speed. It rivals Bajaj Pulsar 150, TVS Apache RTR 160 and Honda CB Unicorn 160. |

User Reviews for Hero Hunk
Best Bike on the Road
Best bike that you can buy on Indian roads. Good build quality, comfortable, best for city roads as well as for highways and long trips. I have travelled from Delhi to Jaipur, Delhi to Himachal Pradesh, Delhi to Utttranchal all long trips if more than 2000km, each, on this bike without any problems.
Best Features: Comfortable, reliability
Pros: Smooth engine, reliability, powerful, comfortable in city ride as well as good on long highways.
Cons: 250cc version should be made
About Performance of Hero Hunk 150
Suspension of hunk is very poor, so from my side I wish to suggest to hero moto corp to improve its suspension quality. It has very good look , its look like fully sport bike but as it look , its don't have that much of suspension. Also it has low mileage at high speed on highways.
Best Features: LEDs, look.
Pros: I like its look.
Cons: Its suspension is very bad, its of low quality
Best Choice of My Life
I bought Hunk because of its price and mileage. Mileage was one of the most important factor for me before buying any bike. Along with this quality, Hunk also has smooth engine with adequate power in its segment and its detailed design make it stand in a crowd. In the terms of weight, it is not heavy to handle, I never face any problem in heavy traffic. Initially, it might give you poor performance but wait for 3000km you will see change yourself.
Best Features: Ease of Use and Mileage
Pros: Muscular Looks, Handling, Smooth Engine and its Performance.
Cons: No kick, Lack of enough storage
My Stylish Dream Bike
It is a stylish bike which is perfectly decorated with an attractive graphics. It has a fuel tank of 12.4 litres along with 2.2 litres reserve capacity which ensures better fuel economy. The seating position is comfortable and has good knee support. The alloy grab rail at rear is also present in which 2 adults can travel without any issue in both city and highway roads. It offers good acceleration and pickup i.e. it can accelerate from 0-60 kmph in just 5.08 seconds. Coming to the downside, It weighs at 147 kg which is quite bulky. Sometimes at a higher speed it produces vibrations. There is no engine kill switch in the bike. The tyres are not so wide which is also a negative point of this bike.
Best Features: Good Acceleration & Smooth Engine
Pros: Muscular looks, smooth engine, handling, good acceleration, pickup
Cons: No engine kill switch, Inadequate storage space, heavy
