Made a Big Mistake buying a Hero Duet

It's been 15 days that I bought the bike, the battery is dead, mileage is 17 km/ltr
It's been 15 days that I bought the bike, the battery is dead, mileage is 17 km/ltr. No proper comfort. You will feel like you sitting on a Wooden chair. Wooden chair is more comfortable than this. I have already visited the service centre "City Wheel'' Kagdaspura 3 times. The service is worst . The owner of the service centre doesn't even speak properly. As if he has done a favour by a selling a vehicle to me. I called up customer care ,they are like least bothered, they don't want to listen to you. I don't know why "Hero" is providing such a poor service to customer. Completely dissatisfied with the overall experience.
