USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Hero Electric Duet E is a promising entry in the Indian electric scooter market, offering a blend of modern features, comfort, and performance. With its expected launch in June 2025, this scooter is poised to attract buyers looking for a reliable and feature-rich electric vehicle. The Duet E boasts a lithium-ion battery, telescopic suspension at the front and hydraulic suspension at the rear, ensuring a smooth ride. The inclusion of a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear enhances safety. Features like LED headlights, a speedometer, an odometer, and a USB port add to its appeal. However, the actual performance and reliability will be determined post-launch, but based on the specifications, it looks like a strong contender in its segment.
Price
The Hero Electric Duet E is expected to be priced around 52,000 in India. This pricing makes it a competitive option in the electric scooter market, especially when compared to other models like the Ola S1 X and TVS iQube, which are priced higher. The ex-showroom price of 52,000 is likely to attract a wide range of buyers, particularly those who are budget-conscious but still want a feature-packed electric scooter. On-road prices may vary slightly depending on the state and local taxes, but overall, the Duet E seems reasonably priced for its offerings.

1. Plastic material for motor cover makes air intake, due to this sand, dust, water goes in and jam the bearing, gears, etc... You must clean thison every service which cost 1500 approximately. 2. While going on wet roads, wet sand splashing on front cover, Headlights and even on driver helmet glass. 3. Nice riding experience on turning.

Best Features: Single lock system

Pros: Big seat, color, light design

I purchased in December But Unable to drive in the traffic because very hot air is coming and unable to put my leg on ground at traffic signal. I complained about this problem to Hero Motors dealer Sri Venkateshwara motors at Hyderabad. After two days (they kept my vehicle with them) they have given three best suggestions to me for avoiding the heat. They also told that this vehicle design is like that and they can t help in this matter the best suggestions given by them as 1. I HAVE TO STOP THE ENGINE AT TRAFFIC SIGNAL. [BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO TELL HOW I DRIVE WHEN THE TRAFFIC IS MOVING VERY SLOW] 2.INSTED OF PUTTING LEFT LEG ON THE GROUND [AT TRAFFIC SIGNAL] I HAVE PUT RIGHT LEG. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT 3RD SUGGETION IS I HAVE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE WITH SHOES NOT WITH CHAPPAL . SO FRIENDS PLEASE DO NOT DEPEND ON TEST DRIVE PLEASE DRIVE AT LEAST FIVE KM SO THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO SEE THE PERFORMENCE OF THE VEHICLE

Best Features: Looks good, features good

Pros: HERO THE INDIAN CO.

Cons: Unable to Drive in Traffic more than five kms
