The 2024 Ducati Multistrada V4 RS has been unveiled, boasting a 1103cc Desmosedici Stradale engine that produces 180 horsepower at 12,250 RPM and 87 lb-ft of torque at 9,500 RPM. This model is significantly lighter than its predecessors, thanks to components like Marchesini forged aluminum wheels and a titanium subframe. It also features advanced technology such as Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 electronic suspension and adaptive cruise control. I think this bike is a dream for any serious sport-touring enthusiast.

This model comes with a larger 7.9-gallon fuel tank, longer-stroke suspension, and tubeless spoked wheels. It also includes features like aluminum panniers, heated grips, and heated seats, making it a comprehensive package for adventure riders. The Rally uses the Granturismo V-4 engine, producing 170 hp at 10,750 RPM. I believe this bike is perfect for those who want to explore both on and off the road.

The Multistrada V4 Rally has been praised for its sporty handling and impressive off-road capabilities. Despite its weight of 573 pounds, the bike handles well on the street and excels off-road, thanks to its excellent electronic rider aids and longer-stroke suspension. The Rally also comes with several convenience features like heated grips and seats, and aluminum panniers. I think this bike is a great choice for adventure seekers.

Ducati has highlighted the service interval advantage of the Multistrada V4 models, including the Rally and RS variants. These bikes boast a 60,000-kilometer (37,300-mile) valve-service interval, which is significantly longer than most competitors. This reduces the need for frequent major services, making them more practical for long-distance riders. I believe this is a major selling point for Ducati.

Ducati aims to elevate the Multistrada V4 to a premium level, making it a status symbol for riders. Ducatis decision to use the Desmosedici Stradale engine in the Multistrada V4 RS has been seen as a move to cater to performance-oriented riders. This engine, also used in the Streetfighter V4, provides a significant boost in power and torque compared to the Granturismo V-4 engine used in other Multistrada models. I believe this engine choice was a great move by Ducati.

Fun to ride bike. Packed with features and power. Top speed experienced is 216 kmph. Felt like it can easily do 230 kmph. Ride quality is plush. Have done long rides and it feels really great. With panniers and top case, it has enough storage for touring.
