USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Benelli Imperiale 400 Black is a well-rounded motorcycle that excels in both city and highway riding, although it has its share of quirks. The 374cc single-cylinder engine is refined and vibration-free, making it a pleasure to ride, especially in the mid-range to top end. However, its weight of 205kg can make maneuvering in slow-moving traffic cumbersome, and the heavy clutch pull doesnt help. Despite this, the bikes performance is commendable, with good roll-on acceleration and a smooth five-speed transmission. The design is retro and appealing, but some aesthetic choices, like the oversized leg guard and door-handle-like pillion grab rails, might not be to everyones taste. Overall, its a solid choice for those looking for a unique blend of style and performance, but it requires some adjustments to fully appreciate its capabilities.
Price
In India, the Benelli Imperiale 400 Black comes with a price tag that reflects its premium positioning. The ex-showroom price is around 2.35 lakh, which is a significant jump from its BS4 predecessor due to the BS6 updates. When you factor in the on-road costs, including registration, insurance, and other charges, the price can go up to around 2.7 lakh to 2.9 lakh, depending on the state and local taxes. While this is more expensive than some of its competitors, the Imperiale 400 offers a unique blend of performance, style, and features that might justify the extra cost for many buyers.
Benelli Imperiale 400 Black Edition on road price is Rs 2.46 lakh in Delhi, Rs 2.55 lakh in Mumbai, Rs 2.49 lakh in Kolkata and Rs 2.53 lakh in Chennai. The prices mentioned here are approximate and we suggest you contact your nearest Benelli dealership to get the exact on-road price quote in your city.

Comfortable for a rider, the pillion seat is good but not for a long ride, their good horsepower, and mileage are decent, but missing is the kick start, speedometer and all are classy, tyre should be tubeless because it is the very heavy bike to handle after it gets sudden puncher, Headlight it much better than another bike, I like the bike.
