USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The UM Renegade Limited is a cruiser-style motorcycle that offers a unique blend of style and performance. While it may not be the most powerful bike in its class, it stands out with its classic design and comfortable riding posture. However, its single-cylinder engine might feel underpowered for some riders, especially when compared to more modern and powerful cruisers. The bikes build quality and features are decent, but it may lack the refinement and advanced technology seen in newer models. Overall, its a good option for those who value a retro look and a smooth, laid-back riding experience.
Price
The UM Renegade Limited is priced competitively in the Indian market, with an ex-showroom price typically ranging between 1.60 lakh to 1.80 lakh, depending on the region and any local taxes. On-road prices, including registration, insurance, and other costs, can go up to around 2.00 lakh to 2.20 lakh. This pricing makes it an attractive option for those looking for a stylish cruiser without breaking the bank. However, its important to check the current market prices and any ongoing offers or discounts.
Mileage
Tuesday, 19 November 2024 09:30 AM The mileage of the UM Renegade Limited is a crucial factor for many buyers. With its 1-cylinder, 4-stroke engine producing 16.1 bhp, the bike is expected to deliver a mileage of around 35-40 kmpl in city conditions and up to 45 kmpl on highways. This is relatively decent for a cruiser, but actual mileage can vary based on riding style, road conditions, and maintenance of the bike.

Amazing style and the best performance. Definitely a head turner (why I bought it). Still running on all original parts since 6 years. Never had to spend more than Rs. 800 on a service or anything. I was caught in an accident which tilted the leg guard a bit, but the bike that crashed into me completely shattered and it's internal metal frame started showing. Only con is the battery life and service centers.

Cons: Battery Life, Service Centers.

UM Sports S review after one year use

I have completed 7278 km till now. A total of six 1-day trips and three long trips have been completed. Positive points 1- On highway, I'm getting 40km/l (on a cruiser, its great in my opinion) 2- 100% head turner in the city & on the highway. 3- Those who overtake me, they slows down & take a look at my bike due to its style. 4- Wide rear tyre gives me confidence in turns and hairpin bends. 5- 60-90kmph is the bike's sweet spot, it rides smoothly. 6- Less vibration on 5-6th gear in highway. 7- Continuous riding no problem to rider, bike, engine and no heating issue. 8- Till now, no breakdown 9- Tank capacity is 18 litres (best for touring). 10- Service cost around 1000/- (free service), 1500-2000/- (paid service). Negative points 1- Chain sound is loud in 2,3,4 gear in city conditions. 2- Mileage in city is 25km/l. 3- Engine heats up in city. 4- Quality of parts. 5- Vibration while riding in city.

Best Features: Mileage, Comfort

Pros: Looks, Long Ride Comfort

So don't refer this product as UML giving dealership to anyone those who have money... They are not able to verify the quality of products. I am a customer of UML and felt very bad about that.

Best Features: They won't bother about anything that happens to the customer

Pros: I don't feel like getting a pros from Commando
