What mods do you absolutely need for the KTM Duke 390?
10 January 2025 10:10
The best 'mod' is really good maintenance. It's a classic; keep it stock, and take care of it, and you'll be happier in the long run.
Has the Yamaha FZ6R gone the way of the Dodo and become irrelevant in 2025, or is it still worth your time?
10 January 2025 08:27
Depends on what you're after. It’s still solid for a reliable commuter or beginner bike. If you’re after cutting edge tech, though, you’re out of luck.
Can you ride with the KTM Duke 200 over longer distances or while touring?
10 January 2025 08:10
I have toured on mine and enjoyed it. You have to accept that you're going to be a bit more sporty in your riding position, and you have to pack light, but it's a fun one if you're into an adventure.
What is your best memory with a KTM Duke 690?
10 January 2025 07:45
My most memorable experience, honestly, was just commuting through heavy traffic. The nimbleness of the 690 had me feeling like I was cheating when it came to city riding.
What would you like to see if KTM brought back the 690 Duke in 2026?
10 January 2025 07:45
I think it would be nice to see a bit of aero elements added, like small winglets. It will make it look more aggressive and modern and help high-speed stability.
What is the most ridiculous mod you have seen on a KTM Duke 690?
10 January 2025 07:45
I've seen a 690 converted to electric power, and that was the craziest mod I've seen. That thumper engine lost all the charm, but it was a cool engineering project.
What's your KTM Duke 690 low-speed fueling fix?
10 January 2025 07:45
I just learned to live with it. After a while you get used to the bike's character, and you can work around the jerkiness. It's part of the 690's charm!
If Yamaha made a 300cc version of the BW's, what would you want to see?
10 January 2025 07:37
Let’s forget off road pretensions and make it a high performance urban scooter. Tune that 300cc engine for maximum smiles per gallon in the city, lower it, add sticky tires.
What is the most ridiculous mod you've seen on a Yamaha BW's 125?
10 January 2025 07:37
I saw a BW's with a custom stretched frame, and that was the craziest mod I've seen. It looked more like a mini chopper scooter hybrid. Impractical as hell, but it’s definitely unique.
Can Royal Enfield take a bite out of a new, younger market with the Flying Flea C6?
09 January 2025 10:23
It’s a gamble, but maybe it’ll work. Pricing and performance will be the key. If they can keep that unique RE character, and make it affordable and practical for urban youth, they might just crack the younger market. They will, however, need to support this with a great social media presence and influencer partnerships.
Do your riding habits change with owning a Classic 500 Chrome Edition?
09 January 2025 09:58
It has made me a better rider overall. I’ve picked up on understanding what the bike sounds and feels like better, and catching issues earlier.
How do you fare with the Classic 350 S Redditch Edition in city traffic?
09 January 2025 09:52
It’s perfect for city riding in my opinion. It’s not too speedy so you don’t need to constantly fight the urge to go faster, and it’s comfortable for short hops.
Anyone who owns a Classic 500 in 2025, is it a nightmare to maintain?
09 January 2025 09:47
It’s actually fun to maintain if you’re handy with tools. YouTube has tons of tutorials, and the bike itself is very simple, so it’s a great learning experience.
Can the Royal Enfield Classic 350 S take you on long rides?
09 January 2025 09:39
I’ve ridden my Classic 350 S 300km with no problems. It’s about getting the right posture and taking breaks.
If you think the Royal Enfield Bullet Trials 500 is a good platform for customization, or if you should start with a standard Bullet instead.
07 January 2025 12:07
Honestly, either way works. The scrambler look is the gift that keeps on giving, and the Trials 500 gives you a head start on this look, but a standard Bullet is a blank canvas. That all depends on your vision and on your budget.
Can you live with the Aerox 155's lack of storage space and flat floorboard?
07 January 2025 10:28
It's a compromise for sure, but not a deal breaker. I've grown accustomed to using a backpack to haul around groceries and my helmet fits in the underseat storage just fine. The lost convenience is made up for by the performance.
So is the Aerox 155 worth the premium over your regular scooters?
07 January 2025 10:28
Absolutely worth it! Basically, the Aerox is a sports bike in scooter form. The R15 level performance without the hassle of gears is what you get. Ideal for commuting through city traffic, or weekend jaunts.
Is the Skoda Octavia a 'dad car' or can you be cool in one?
07 January 2025 05:33
Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a dad car, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be cool. It’s cool because it’s practical and fun to drive at the same time.
Do you get what you pay for in the Skoda Kylaq’s interior?
07 January 2025 05:29
I disagree. I went to the showroom and checked it out and it's nice to look at but there is still a lot of hard plastic. At the price they're asking, I expected more. In cheaper options like the Hyundai Venue or Kia Sonet you can get similar quality.
How do you rate on build quality and reliability compared in the Enyaq to other Skoda models?
06 January 2025 10:23
The Enyaq feels as well built as you’d come to expect from a VW. Skoda has done a great job of transitioning to EVs without losing quality, I think. It is most certainly up there with the more expensive brands.
