USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Yamaha XJ6 Diversion F is a versatile and practical motorcycle that excels in its role as a daily commuter and long-distance tourer. While it may not be the most thrilling ride, especially for those seeking high-performance, it compensates with its reliability, comfort, and ease of handling. The bikes linear power delivery, thanks to its reworked engine from the FZ6 Fazer series, provides a smooth and relaxed riding experience. The upright riding position, well-padded seat, and adjustable handlebars make it very comfortable for both solo and two-up riding. However, the gearbox and clutch action can be a bit clunky, and the bikes lack of excitement might deter some enthusiasts. Overall, it is a solid choice for those prioritizing comfort and practicality over raw performance.
Price
As of my latest update, the Yamaha XJ6 Diversion F is not currently available in the Indian market as a new model, given its production run was from 2009 to 2016. However, if you are considering purchasing a used model, prices can vary widely depending on the condition, mileage, and year of the bike. Typically, you might expect to pay between 3.5 lakh to 5.5 lakh for a well-maintained used XJ6 Diversion F. This price range reflects the bikes durability and the value it retains over time. When calculating the on-road price, you would need to add costs such as registration, insurance, and any necessary maintenance or upgrades, which could add another 50,000 to 1 lakh to the overall cost.
