The Suzuki Burgman Street continues to stand out with its maxi-scooter design, offering a premium look that sets it apart from other 125cc scooters in India. Its large front apron and side body panels give it a strong road presence, making it look more powerful than it actually is. I believe this design is a major selling point for those seeking a stylish and spacious scooter.

In terms of performance, the Suzuki Burgman Street is powered by the same reliable 124cc engine as the Suzuki Access 125, producing 8.7 PS of power and 10 Nm of torque. This engine is known for its peppy nature and fuel efficiency, making it suitable for daily urban riding.

The Suzuki Burgman Street boasts a spacious under-seat storage compartment, capable of accommodating more than a half-face helmet. Additionally, it has a roomy floorboard and a comfortable riding posture, making it a practical choice for daily commutes. I think the storage space is one of the best features of this scooter.

Despite its premium features and design, the Suzuki Burgman Street trails behind competitors like the TVS Jupiter 125 in terms of overall equipment. It lacks features such as an external fuel filler, parking brake, and other segment-leading amenities. This might make it less appealing to some buyers who prioritize a full feature set.
Thursday, 29 August 2024 08:08 PM
The 2024 Suzuki Burgman Street is priced at around Rs 98,000 (ex-showroom), which is on the higher side compared to other scooters in its segment. However, its unique maxi-scooter design and reliable engine might justify the cost for some buyers. I think the pricing could be a barrier for budget-conscious buyers.

The Suzuki Burgman Street offers a comfortable ride quality thanks to its soft-tuned suspension setup and spacious floorboard. This makes it an excellent choice for urban riding, providing a relaxed and comfortable posture for the rider. I believe this comfort aspect is crucial for daily commuters.

In terms of market competition, the Suzuki Burgman Street goes up against the TVS Jupiter 125, which is known for its segment-best equipment list. However, the Burgman Streets unique maxi-scooter design and spacious features make it a compelling option for those seeking a different look and feel.

Suzuki has introduced the 2024 Burgman Street with Bluetooth connectivity, enhancing its feature list. The scooter now comes with a full-LCD instrument console that includes Bluetooth connectivity, allowing riders to stay connected on the go. This update makes the Burgman Street more appealing to tech-savvy buyers.

The 2024 Suzuki Burgman Street has been launched in a new Metallic Matte Black No. 2 color, adding a fresh look to its existing lineup. This new color features matte black bodywork with maroon accents, giving it a distinctive appearance. Mechanically, there are no changes, with the scooter still powered by a 124cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. I think this new color will appeal to those looking for a sleek and modern design.
Thursday, 18 July 2024 06:08 PM
Suzuki has maintained the same mechanical specifications for the 2024 Burgman Street, including a CVT transmission, disc brake at the front, and drum brake at the rear. The scooter also features a combi-brake system for enhanced stopping power. This consistency ensures reliability and smooth riding experience.

Ex Showroom Price vs On Road Price | Ex-Showroom Price is the Manufacturing Cost of the vehicle + Dealer/Seller Profit + GST (Goods and Service Tax) + Transportation Charges (from the manufacturing plant to the dealership). On the other hand, the On-Road Price is the actual cost you pay to the dealership to make the vehicle legal to run on the roads. It includes Ex-Showroom Price in your city + RTO Charges (Vehicle Registration) + One Time Road Tax + Insurance Charges. The On-Road Price also includes some optional things like if you opt for Genuine Accessories and Extended Warranty while buying a vehicle. Please note that the On-Road Price varies a lot across different states in India due to different percentage for the State Registration Charges. |
