USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Honda CB Trigger DLX is a well-rounded package that caters to a wide range of riders, from commuters to enthusiasts. Its handling is a standout feature, making it a joy to ride, especially in hilly terrain. The engine, borrowed from the Unicorn, is smooth, refined, and rev-happy, producing 14 PS of power and 12.5 Nm of torque. The 5-speed gearbox is slick and easy to operate, with both heel and toe shifters available. The Combi Braking System (CBS) in the DLX variant is a significant advantage, especially for new riders, providing smooth and effective braking. However, the higher price point of the CBS variant might be a deterrent for some. Overall, the CB Trigger DLX is a reliable, performance-oriented, and practical motorcycle that is sure to appeal to many 150cc bike buyers.
Price
The Honda CB Trigger DLX is priced competitively in the Indian market. The ex-showroom price for the DLX variant, which includes the rear disc brake and CBS, is around 70,384 in Delhi. When you factor in the on-road costs, including registration, insurance, and other charges, the price can go up to around 80,000 to 85,000, depending on the state and local taxes. While it is slightly more expensive than some of its competitors like the Bajaj Pulsar 150, the added features and the reliability of the Honda brand make it a worthwhile investment. The pricing strategy by Honda positions the CB Trigger DLX as a strong contender in the 150cc segment, offering good value for money.

Fully Satisfied with my Machine

Honda CB Trigger is a sporty looking commuter bike. It holds smooth engine, I am happy that it doesn't make loud noise on top speed. I have completed 17000 km on this bike and it is giving me 55 kmpl average on highways and 50 on city roads. I have traveled a lot with my friends on long distance tours and believe me it offers fatigue free ride. I never faced any problem in bike yet but I can say its paint quality is poor.

Good Bike in 150cc Segment

It is a winner in its own terms. It has a sporty design which is quite eye-catching and its handling power is also very impressive. It has wide handlebars that make the handling easy and comfortable. It is a fuel efficient bike which offers me a mileage of 60-62 kmpl on highway and 40-45 in cities. The engine sound is smooth and you will feel like you are driving a car. The braking system is efficient and the mono suspension present at the backside of this bike is very responsive. The only drawback is that it does not have 6th gear.

Best Features: Smooth Engine & Good Build Quality

Pros: Sporty design, smooth engine, efficient braking system, fuel efficient, easy handling, good build quality

Cons: Lack of 6th gear
