Detailed Review by Maxabout Team

A striking offer in the scooter niche, the Hero Pleasure Plus XTEC has been developed for urban commuters with a sense of style and practicality. Pleasure Plus XTEC is also one of Hero MotoCorp’s bestsellers as it aims to deliver comfort and convenience for everyday trips. Below we are going to analyze its design, performance, features and market positioning basing on professional reviews and users’ feedback.

Design and Aesthetics

The attractive appearance of Pleasure Plus XTEC is characterized by smart design decisions that employ vibrant colors such as Matt Black, Pole Star Blue, or Matt Vernier Grey. Chrome accents around front lights, mirrors on back side and panels create an air of sophistication. Its lightweight design coupled with compact dimensions makes it suitable for city rides. Moreover, the low height seat at 765 mm accommodates even riders of average height.

Performance and Powertrain

Pleasure Plus XTEC is equipped with an air-cooled 110.9cc single cylinder engine producing 8.1 PS power output at 7,000 rpm along with a torque value of about 8.7 Nm at 5,500 rpm. Together with a CVT gearbox this engine ensures smooth navigation across all kinds of terrains. The fuel efficiency claimed by the company stands at about 50 kmpl making this model affordable for everyday commutation situations. Its abilities are just good enough for urban use giving space to power/economy balance.

Features and Technology

Various features have been incorporated into the Pleasure Plus XTEC to enhance its functionality while ensuring convenience and safety are improved significantly. These include things like semi-digital instrument cluster having Bluetooth enabled which notifies caller id calling as well as battery charge level. The vehicle also comes with a USB charging port while you can find an underseat light in case you need to use it at night. Finally, it is fitted with an integrated braking system for better safety.

The addition of i3S technology that shuts off the engine when idle and restarts with a twist of the throttle enhances fuel efficiency. Furthermore, it has a project LED headlamp which increases the light intensity by 25% thus improving visibility during night riding hours.

Market Position and Pricing

At Rs. 78,513 (ex-showroom Delhi), Pleasure Plus XTEC is positioned as an affordable yet feature-rich option in the scooter market. It competes with models such as Honda Activa 6G and TVS Jupiter making it a worthy choice for urban commuters. The pricing strategy makes it available to all as its lightweight construction would be appreciated by young mobile professionals or women who want an easy ride.

User Feedback and Expert Opinions

Pleasure Plus XTEC is praised thanks to its trendy look, comfortable travel experience, and thoughtful functionality. Ease of driving together with attributes like Bluetooth connectivity or USB port are acknowledged here by users Nevertheless, some riders consider that more efficient suspension would be useful on bad roads. Mileage mentioned in real life conditions appears to be a little less than promised though average percentage decreases remain decent.

Experts say this two-wheeler offers great value for money as it combines style, powertrain performance and cost-effectiveness at a competitive price point. Moreover, the addition of contemporary technology gadgets plus features related to safety improves this model’s appeal in the packed market of scooters.

My conclusion

Hero Pleasure Plus XTEC is a versatile machine that delivers fashion, convenience and up-to-date features for the urban rider. Its price competitiveness and rich specifications make it a good selection when considering an economic scooter to ride on. As Hero MotoCorp continually advances and broadens its scope of products, Pleasure Plus XTEC would be persistent as a trendy scooter for Indian customers who are searching for dependable scooter that come with style.

I am unable to understand that for what feature should a customer buy this pleasure plus? less mileage, less suspension, less seat comfort, less footrest space, less boot space, less pick up... I want to salute Hero for launching such mediocre scooter to compete against other scooters, honest feedback, don't buy this scooter, you will get mileage around 30kmpl which any scooter can give. go for Honda Dio, TVS Zest, Yamaha ray z if you want compact scooters.

Best Features: buy it only for colour and design

Pros: colour and design... that's it

Cons: mileage - around 30kmpl, boot space - 14 ltr, headlamp - halogen, pick up - slow, suspension - very jerky, petrol tank capacity - 4.5 ltr, on road price equal to Honda Dio
