Our take on this /// Verdict
The Hero Honda Hunk 150 is a solid contender in the 150cc segment, particularly for those who value a blend of style, power, and comfort. While it may not be the smoothest in terms of power delivery and gear shifting, it compensates with its muscular looks, good handling, and comfortable seating. The bikes performance is notable, with a powerful 149.2cc engine producing 14.4 PS of power and 12.8 Nm of torque. However, the gearbox can be a bit rough, and vibrations are noticeable at higher RPMs. Despite these minor drawbacks, the Hunk is a reliable choice for long journeys, thanks to its comfortable seating and effective suspension. Overall, its a good option for young riders looking for a masculine and powerful bike without breaking the bank.

The Hero Honda Hunk 150 was priced competitively in its time. The ex-showroom price in Delhi was around 63,000, though this could vary depending on the location. On-road prices, including taxes and other costs, would have been slightly higher, approximately 75,313 in Mumbai, as per the on-road price at the time. While the bike is now discontinued, its pricing strategy was aimed at making it an attractive option in the 150cc segment, balancing affordability with the features and performance it offered.

After my 3000 km run, it reached the top speed and could climb easily when compared with other noisy bikes.
