Quick Review by Maxabout Team

The Pulsar NS150 is exported by Bajaj Auto Ltd to markets such as Mexico, Thailand, and Turkey. While the manufacturer has not stated when the Bajaj Pulsar 150NS will be available in India. The Bajaj Pulsar 150cc variant shares many similarities with the 200NS.

The Pulsar 150NS is almost identical to the Pulsar AS150 without the front fairing. The 150cc segment has always been one of the most profitable market segments. As a result, the introduction of the Pulsar 150NS is likely to benefit its manufacturer.

The Pulsar 150 NS is a 150cc Bajaj Pulsar that looks like the 200NS but has the fuel mileage and price of a 150cc motorcycle. The 150NS will be sold alongside the current model and will compete with newer and more modern competitors.

The Pulsar 150 NS is a higher-end model than the current 150cc Pulsar. As a result, it's safe to assume that it'll command a significant premium over the current model. While the Bajaj Pulsar 150NS price in India will be announced only at the time of its launch. This bike is expected to cost around INR 75,000. The 150NS will compete with the Suzuki Gixxer 155, Honda CB Hornet 160R, and the updated Yamaha FZ-S.

The Bajaj Pulsar 150NS will become one of the most cost-effective products in its class. It will have a modern engine, plenty of power, and a long list of features. The bike will be powered by a new-generation 149.5cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This engine features DTSi technology from the manufacturer. And it will be paired with a smooth-shifting 5-Speed Manual Transmission. The engine produces a max power of 16.8 HP @ 9,500 RPM and a peak torque of 13 Nm @ 7,500 RPM.

The Pulsar NS150 will be equipped with a modern engine that will be more powerful and efficient than the previous engine. Unlike previous Bajaj engines, this engine is refined and more fuel efficient. In real-world conditions, the Bajaj Pulsar 150NS could achieve a mileage of up to 45 km/l.

    29 December 2022 06:06

Bajaj Pulsar NS150 would be a better option than AS150 as it will use the same chassis, engine and components but would weigh less due to the lack of fairing, thus making it quicker in short sprints. It would be lighter by a good margin but will miss out on the projector headlamp. It would also cost a bit less than its cousin while the power values are expected to remain the same. Real life performance and mileage may vary in both the bikes.
