USER OPINION

Our take on this /// Verdict
The Maruti Ritz Elate Edition is a compelling choice for those seeking a practical, fuel-efficient, and feature-packed hatchback. My experience with the Ritz has been overwhelmingly positive, thanks to its excellent drivability, courtesy of the 1.2L K12M engine, which delivers a smooth and silent ride. The cars tall boy design provides ample headspace and a spacious cabin, making it comfortable for both front and rear passengers. While the boot space is not the largest, it is decent for a hatchback and includes useful storage features. The steering is direct and heavy, providing a satisfying driving experience, although body roll during cornering is noticeable. Overall, the Ritz Elate Edition offers great value for money, especially considering its safety features, comfortable ride, and robust engine performance.
Price
The Maruti Ritz Elate Edition was priced competitively in the Indian market. At the time of its release, the ex-showroom prices ranged from approximately Rs. 4.51 lakh to Rs. 6.81 lakh, depending on the variant and fuel type. On-road prices, including taxes and other costs, would typically be around Rs. 5.7 lakh to Rs. 7.5 lakh. Given the features and performance it offers, the Ritz Elate Edition was a steal, especially when considering the additional safety kits and the 4th year extended warranty that were often included. This pricing made it an attractive option for buyers looking for a reliable and feature-rich hatchback without breaking the bank.

I am riding Ritz since two years. It's a good car for small family of four members. The overall design is nice and different. Most of it, it's a fuel efficient car which is the prime need of every buyer. Initially, I got 12kmpl average through this car which later improved to 14kmpl. Yes, now it is constant at 14. I believe it depends upon the driving skills also that how well you treat your car. I always drive at moderate speed with less gear shifting. Ergonomically, its really amazing with good rolling of seats. The front seats are good enough to provide clear visibility of the road thanks to high driving position. The rear seats are also comfortable for long tours and it support lots of spaces for needy stuff. Overall, it provides smooth drive even with 5 on-board passengers. I must recommend this car to everyone.
