Suzuki Access 125 Discussion
I bought Access 125 on 16 March 2015 from S K Wagholi Suzuki, Pune.with 5 years warranty. Since 1st week scooter engine is switches off after few meters on its own, the moment I press break, engine is switched off. The moment scooter goes over speed breaker, engine is switched
off, this is quite annoying and dangerous. I have being giving scooter for servicing regularly. There are several times when scooter has stopped in middle of the road and other vehicles almost have come and about to hit me from behind. This is Safety issue. I have shown to service center several times however there is no solution. Today because of this engine switch off issue, my 2.5 years kid fell down,
I am very upset. It was big mistake to buy Access 125. Do not every buy Access 125 scooter, they are cheats. Safety and security is big issue.
Second problem is very poor mileage of 10 km initially and now it is 20 km, service center says this happens because it is new scooter, however its has being over 6 months, still mileage is about 20 km which is really poor.
Access has good performance
Hi all dis is Rahul frm vizag.. I purchased an access after a long confusion dis february and m very much satisfied with the product frm suzuki. Its butter smooth engine makes my ride and trip comfort and it returns me 55+ kmpl in city driving conditions(2014 model). The only thing that disappoints me are the breaks. The breaks are not upto the mark. When I apply the breaks hard for a sudden stop the vehicle doesnt stop. The rear tyre stops and the vehicle gets skidded. Im facing the problem till today. Suzuki ko to 130 mm drums lagana chahiye. Then I think the controlling would be perfect.

Which is good?Access or Aviator???
Access 125 is a Best Scooter that can leap ahead of Honda Activa. I am very sure about this as I have own experience with this Scooter and riders of other Scooters. Its Pick up is amazing and it has a great Mileage. I get 53-54KM/L on an average(On Medium Roads). Can you think of a Scooter which can achieve 90KM/Hour and can do a little more? (Do not try to ride this way- But it is true that Access can do this).
I want to buy a bike. I just want to know about Suzuki Access 125. Please give me review on this bike. Which one of these should I buy? Suzuki Access, Mahindra duro or Active?

The product is good in all aspects wheather looks, milege, comfort, smoothness .
Suzuki Access 125 is joy ride scooter. It has a mind blowing pickup and a cute firing. The Access 125 has a great power to climb hills and very easy to control. This scooter is value for money. It is a great combination of speed, power, comfort, safety. I feel very safe even in sharp turn and heavy traffic. The Access easily touches 60 plus and makes travel fun, comfortable and safe. When I brought Access 125 out of showroom for first time to take it home, I was really surprised of its smooth, noise-free engine. The engine was so smooth and silent, that I asked my friend who was sitting with me, whether the showroom people have mistakenly forget to put engine inside it and my friend laughed. A good scooter for both city and highway travel.
Best to buy is access. I have both the scooter in my home activa and access in my experience Suzuki access is the best one .
I have had an Access 125 since 02-12-2011. I had booked the bike on 15-10-2011. Back then, I was told the wait would be for 15 days if I made a complete cash payment. I immediately did so. Then the story began, the Maruti Suzuki strike also swallowed the Suzuki Plant and hence there was a delay in getting my bike. The strike ended on 27th Oct '11 and I was promptly informed by my dealer the delivery would go hay-wire because of a crumpled production system. I finally got my bike on the 02-12-2011. The bike came to my dealer's warehouse on the 24-11-2011 but the registration and other formalities took another 7 days...that was my procurement story. Now the feedback about the product itself. I would say complete value for money!!! Excellent pick-up, superb suspension, no backache at all ( I suffer from Slipped-Disc), Paint quality is fab (My bike is red), build quality is superb and at par with all international scooters (I have ridden scooters in Europe)and the bike reacts to inputs like a computer. I would also like to make a special mention of the bike's highway handling capability. It initially gave me a mileage of 37.3 kmpl before my first servicing. After my first servicing, it has improved to 41.6 kmpl. I am sure after my second and third servicing, it will go to atleast 45 kmpl. All in all, its been fabulous to have a Suzuki product. :)

Hello friends.. I have owned a suzuki a access for close to one year. My findings are that this is best machine in the segment for speed, fuel economy though i agree the looks are not as good. Currently its giving me fuel economy in the range of 45-50 depending on the riding conditions. The service experience is pathetic as the staff is absolutely wierd, fuel economy dips to 30kms (worst experience)after getting it serviced. I have learnt to set the air fuel mixture myself to sort out the problem. Highly recommended machine if you can live upto the pathetic and horrifying service.!!!
Which one of these should I buy? Access, Aviataor or Wego???
whats the hell is going an authorised suzuki dealer in kottayam territoy. there is not enough staffs for servicing, i went there for servicing of my access, they telling like not enough staffs only one person. they cant do the service at the time of day. i dont know , how they can treat the customer's vehicle for their servicing period. the worst thing i have ever seen in my life, a bad mark in name of suzuki especially in india, they cant more sustain like this.. a great bad mark in their servicing history.

Dear Friends,
I want to buy a new bike. Which is better suggest me? Shall I go with Honda Active or Access or some other? Suggest me which is better as per mileage & maintanance cost. Waiting for your valuble suggestions.
Regards,

The poverty of customer care, as I read a comment about Suzuki, lacking in customer care, also exists with Hero Honda. They also dont reply properly. I have passion pro, I had a complain about its goodlife card, I mailed about it to the company but they didnt solve it.
I like engine capacity of Suzuki Access 125.
Sir I am physically handicapped and using your access 125 for the last two years by attaching two more wheels by the local mechanic(by paying Rs. ten thousand ) . being two additional wheels i feel some difficulty. if your company make this sccoter three wheeler by changing back wheel into two wheels rest the scooter is very good.
Then the maintanance of scooter becomes very easy and also the speed of scooter become fast. this is your gift to handicapped persons. this scooter may be made on demand. these days many handicapped persons are using this type of scooter.thanks and waiting for favourable reply
Prem Parkash Khurana my mail add is
Suzuki access 125 is awesome !!
Today i have booked a suzuki access 125, plz any one tell me should i cancel the booking?????
The Access 125 has awesome speed and excellent pickup. But guys all you have is only the speed and nothing else... It has a pathetic braking system due to which your tyers wears off pretty early...Very low and indefinite mileage...High cost of maintenance though you could appreciate the engine's sound which is equal to pulsar's and the luggage space if you are very concerned about it...
Hi guys,
I am back with my review on Suzuki Access 125. In my last session i had listed some first hand goods and bads about the scooter based on personal experience. Now after using for 15 days i have some more enriched comments.
- Definitely a head turner. My Pearl White Suzuki Access 125 is the piece of converstation wherever i go.
- The Mileage is awesome. It is giving me 45 KMPH in the city with normal riding. That means not neccessarily sticking to the Fuel Efficient Speed limit of 40 - 50 KMPH as indicated on the speedometer.
- There is a bit of starting problem. Hope it doesnt aggravate in future. I use the kickstart for my first start of the day.
- 0 - 60 KMPH is for sure in 6.56 seconds. But 60 - 70 takes an hour. I have never been able to cross 70 in the busy Mumbai roads
- Handle is definitely smaller than Honda scooters. How it helps me is zipping through conjestion and turning.
- Breaking is a little inefficient at high speeds.
- Overall i would not comment if it is better than Activa or Duro or Wega but i am certainly not UNHAPPY with this scooter.
I have realized one thing though. Scooters are not for speeding. Because of the small wheelbase they are not meant for doing more than 50 - 60 KMPH.
If you want to improve the life of your scooter ensure that you ride at 40 - 60 and be very careful of bumpy and bad roads. It is your scooter after all and you have to take care of it yourself.
Service centers are very few. Cost and Availability of Parts is not known yet.
My first service is yet pending. Lets see how the performance changes after the servicing.
Hey, I just bought the Suzuki Access 125 (White). Very excited. I have ridden the Activa quite a few times to compare them both. This was my first time to ride an Access though. My views as follows
- Very Smooth riding
- Handle is smaller than Activa (havent figured out the benefits of that though)
- Excellent Pick Up
- Starting and Horn is a little subservient compared to Activa
- Slightly taller than Activa
- Cheaper than Activa
- Handle was vibrating a lot when standing still on signal lights. This did not happen with Activa.
- Mileage not determined yet
- Decent Storage space
- Storage/Petrol unlocking system is built in the ignition key itself!
I chose the Access over Activa because of multiple personal reviews with people who owned Access. No complains from either however Access was cheaper, More Power and Mileage feedback was very decent.
Will update my feedback on Mileage soon.
Cheers!
