Our take on this /// Verdict
The Kinetic Blaze Drum, although an older model launched in 2006, still holds some appeal for those looking for a straightforward, no-frills scooter. However, its age and discontinued status mean it lacks the modern features and efficiency that newer models offer. The 165.12 CC air-cooled engine, while reliable, produces only 11.6 PS of power and 12 Nm of torque, which may feel underpowered compared to contemporary scooters. The automatic transmission is convenient, but the lack of disc brakes on the drum variant is a significant drawback in terms of safety. Overall, its a basic scooter that might appeal to those on a tight budget or looking for simplicity, but its not the best choice for those seeking performance or advanced features.
Price
The Kinetic Blaze Drum, being a discontinued model, does not have a current ex-showroom or on-road price listed. However, when it was available, the ex-showroom price was around 57,400. On-road prices would have varied depending on the state and local taxes, but you could expect an additional 5,000 to 10,000 on top of the ex-showroom price. For those looking to purchase a used Kinetic Blaze Drum, prices will depend on the condition, mileage, and location of the vehicle. Its essential to negotiate and inspect the vehicle thoroughly before making a purchase.
Mileage
Tuesday, 19 November 2024 07:21 PM
The Kinetic Blaze Drum is known for its moderate fuel efficiency, with an estimated mileage of around 40-45 kmpl in urban conditions. This is relatively average for a scooter of its era and engine size. While it wont be the most fuel-efficient option available today, it still offers decent mileage, making it a viable choice for daily commuting without breaking the bank on fuel costs.

Wonderful machine that pulls you out of crowd with amazing pickup and speed. Comfort and pleasure redefined by this scooters broad seats and riding position. Less fatigue and more delight for the rider as well as pillion. Engine and electricals are excellent. Fuel economy is optimum compared with competitors in this class. Road holding and stability are uncompromised. Head Turner on Indian roads.
