General information and overview

The Honda Navi is a distinctive vehicle that combines the ergonomics of a motorcycle with the heart of a scooter. Powered by a 109.19cc single-cylinder automatic HET engine, it provides linear power and decent torque, making it suitable for city traffic. The Navi is built on the existing Activa 3G frame but features a plastic body and weighs around 100 kg, making it light and flickable. It boasts telescopic front forks and 130mm drum brakes at both the front and rear. The seating position is comfortable, and the bike is known for its fun and nimble handling, especially in urban environments. With its funky design and reliable Honda engine, the Navi is an excellent option for commuters looking for a fun, efficient, and easy-to-handle vehicle.

Our Verdict

Expert opinion and recommendation

The Honda Navi is a unique and compelling option for urban commuters in India. Its blend of motorcycle and scooter characteristics makes it incredibly fun to ride, especially in congested city traffic. The Navis lightweight and nimble nature, combined with its refined 110cc automatic HET engine, provide excellent handling and maneuverability. While it may lack the practicality of traditional scooters, such as underseat storage, its comfort, ease of use, and stylish design make it a standout choice. However, the stiff suspension can be a drawback on rough roads, and the small fuel tank limits its range. Overall, the Honda Navi is an excellent choice for those seeking a fun, efficient, and easy-to-handle vehicle for daily city commutes.

Recent news and announcements

The Honda Navi Street is expected to be priced around Rs 44,500 in India, making it an extremely affordable option for urban commuters. This price point, combined with its fuel-efficient 109.2cc engine, could make it a top choice for budget-conscious riders. I think this pricing strategy will help Honda tap into a wider market segment.

Honda has confirmed that the Navi Street will feature a unique design that blends scooter and motorcycle elements, including a rear-mounted engine and CVT transmission, but with footpegs and a foot-operated rear brake. This hybrid design is aimed at providing both practicality and a fun riding experience. I believe this design will appeal to riders looking for something different.

The 2024 Honda Navi Street is powered by a 109.2cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 8 HP and 8.96 Nm of torque. This engine, coupled with its lightweight 101 kg frame, promises excellent fuel efficiency and easy handling. I think the engine specs are well-suited for urban riding conditions.

Honda has announced that the Navi Street will come with several color options, although the exact colors for the Indian market are yet to be confirmed. The global models are available in white, blue metallic, pearl red, and arctic silver metallic. I hope they bring all these colors to India to give buyers more choices.

The Navi Street features a telescopic fork at the front and a spring-loaded hydraulic shock absorber at the rear, providing a comfortable ride even on rough urban roads. The bike also has a low seat height of 765 mm, making it accessible to a wide range of riders. I think the suspension setup is a key selling point for this bike.

The Honda Navi is highly efficient in terms of mileage, which is a crucial factor for many Indian commuters. It delivers a mileage of nearly 50 kilometers per liter, making it an economical choice for daily city rides. Summary

The Honda Navi offers a good suspension, but due to its light kerb weight, it can be unstable to wind at higher speeds. However, it is still much better than the average scooter. The driving experience is overall very good, with good mileage and a good pick-up. The Navi also offers a comfortable ride at a very affordable price. This makes it a great choice for riders who are looking for an affordable, reliable, and hassle-free ride.

Ideal bike for city driving and short trips

Summary

The Honda Navi is an ideal bike for city drivin

The Honda Navi is an ideal bike for city driving and short trips with a pillion. It is designed to tackle the Monkey bike segment in India which is not currently offered by any other manufacturer. It is inspired by the MX125/Grom from the same Honda stable and it was actually researched and developed in India by Honda India engineers. The performance of the bike is great as per the specifications, although riding for more than 25 kms with a pillion can be a bit cramped.

The Honda Navi is one of the most disgusting scooters in the world. It has many electric issues, and can only go 12000 km before it has to be stopped. This is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this scooter to anyone.

Great choice for those looking for a reliable and efficient moped

Summary

The Honda Navi is a great choice for those look

The Honda Navi is a great choice for those looking for a reliable and efficient moped. It offers good power for a 100 cc engine, and the mileage is impressive at 45 km/ltr. The only downside is the small fuel tank, which can be inconvenient. It is also not the best bike for tall people. However, with its one-handed condition and only 7000 km of running, it is definitely a good investment. I wish Honda would revamp the existing models to be fitted with ABS and a higher engine capacity.

Great experience with the Honda Navi

Summary

I have had a great experience with the Honda Na

I have had a great experience with the Honda Navi. It has been reliable, efficient and comfortable. The mileage is great and I have not had any problems with it. The only issue I have had is that the back tire is smaller than the front tire, which makes it difficult to get around on uneven terrain. Additionally, I have been unable to find a headlight cover for the Navi for over two years now. I have asked many garages and no one has been able to find one. This is why I think Honda Navi parts should be more readily available for those who need them.

Vehicle Overview
Honda Navi Street Concept was showcased at Auto Expo 2016 while chances of it making into production are very less. The Adventure and Chrome variants have been officially announced but they are using the same parts as the standard Navi and adding accessories over it for a new variant. The Street version on the other hand, carries totally new front fascia and uses different components than the production version. Honda Navi is powered by a 109.2cc, 8 BHP petrol engine and weighs just 101 kg. The design-hybrid machine costs just INR 39,648 for the standard model and claims a top speed of 81 kmph. It has no direct rivals in the Indian market.

I LOVE THE BIKE BUT PLS DO THE NECESSARY THINGS TO ATTACH A FULLY FLUDGED METRE WHICH SHOWS BOTH THE KILOMETERS AND THE DETAILS OF THE FUEL(DIGITAL METER MEANS LITTLE MORE INTRESTING AS WELL AS IT ALSO SUITS THE VEHICLE MORE).HOPE U SHALL DO THE NECESSARY THINGS IN THE NEW HONDA NAVI ADVENTURE. HOPING FOR A GOOD RESULT OR OUTCOME.ALSO HOPING FOR A GOOD REPLY.

Actually the tyres specified above are not correct. The Navi street concept carries Metzeler Me7teen 120/90-10'' 66L rear and 110/90-12'' 64L for the front,Which looks much more impressive than the standard model tyres. i've gathered the details for those who love those tyres on this bike.
