Quick Review by Maxabout Team

The Ducati Superbike 1198 is designed to be the best possession of anybody participating in motorcycle sports. It packs several strong features that make it valuable on the track. Among these features are the slipper clutch and the quick shifter. There is also a TTX rear shock. In the earlier version of the 1198, these features were optional; but they are standard features in the latest model, the Ducati 1198 SP. On top of the aforementioned features, the superbike also comes with the Ducati Data Analyzer (DDA), the Ducati Traction Control and the Ducati Quick Shift (DQS). The superbike’s braking system is an advanced one. It makes use of semi-floating discs that work in collaboration with radially mounted Brembo Monobloc four-piston callipers at the front wheel. These front brakes have a diameter of 320 millimeters. At the other wheel, a single disc brake with a 2-piston calliper is in place to ensure that stopping is as easy as possible. This brake is 245 millimeters in diameter. The Ducati Superbike 1198 also comes with a number of helpful features like a rev counter, warning lights, an integrated immobilizer system among other features. To give a better experience for the rider, the display is a unit derived from MotoGP.
