User Reviews for Bajaj Pulsar AS
Poor engineering in Bajaj AS200
It is a worst bike as I m using it from 2015. Electrical wiring is very poor. Headlight of my bike is not working due to poor wiring. All this happens within a year of purchase and only 8000 km. Even the handle switch bar, brake pad, clutch wire needs to be changed within 8000 km .my daily run was only 12 km per day.
Best Features: Power of the bike
Pros: Speed of the bike
Cons: Build quality is the worst
Best Adventure & Performance in this Segment
Brand new, one of its kind offering can be the first choice of all those who love wining the new roads all the time. Bajaj has completely changed its strategy and the new Pulsar is the result of the same. With such a wide choice of motorcycle engine sizes and types, Bajaj Autos plan for some market dominating moves. The introduction of the new 'Adventure Sport' will enlighten many heart who beat for the routes which are less travelled.
Best Features: Outstanding performance for this price
Pros: Performance . acceleration. Good value for money, mileage 35-40 kmpl
Cons: Eurogrip tyres, poor service knowledge in service centers, with pillion underbelly exhaust chrashes with speed break, chain becomes loose, no abs even as an option
Good Bike
Skidding very bad .Don't buy this bike in villages and local in cities. Good for long driving. Bike too much of time it's skidding. Be careful while driving. This is genuine reason. I am posting. I fall down three times. I got hit badly. For local driving please don't go for this bike. Long driving go for this bike.
Best Features: Good Mileage
Pros: Long Drive is so good in this bike. Good mileage maximum 50 km per liter in higways.
Cons: Bike is skidding most of times. Carefull while driving. Very worst in this bike.
Perfect Sports Router for Beginners.
This bike has the good potential to be your first entry level Sports tourer. Change the stock headlights with HIDs and it will illuminate the road like a car does. Engine from 200ns is good enough for cruising at 80-90 kmph without a fuss for miles and miles. Go beyond that and vibrations are going to make you a bit uncomfortable. Just for comparison, Yamaha FZS 2.0 is more smother(less vibrations) to run at 80 kmph. Then come the seats. They are literally, pain in the a**. 200 AS can go beyond 120 and will reach up to 135ish, but takes some effort. Sweet spot is 80kmph, if you are doing long distances like 150 km in one go. Fuel injection would have added more punch. Another missing thing is ABS. Thanks to Indian Government, ABS will be a must in bikes in India very soon by next year. Inspire of the shortcomings, 200 AS is a value for money, sweet little package, that is going to inspire young riders inclined towards sports touring.
Best Features: Liquid Cooling
Pros: Headlights, Liquid Cooling, Rear Disk Brakes
Cons: Vibrations, Hard Seats, Uninspiring Exhaust Note
Bike is really nice but mileage is very low...
Go for AS200 instead of AS150. When I ride this bike, I feel awesome. Tyre size is small.
Best Features: Except mileage, all features are best
Pros: Look is very good
Cons: Very poor mileage....
