Overall, if you are looking for a reliable, low-maintenance vehicle that is easy to maneuver in tight city spaces, the Chevrolet Spark is worth considering.

General Motors had planned to develop an electric version of the Chevrolet Spark or its Indian counterpart, the Chevrolet Beat, in collaboration with Reva Electric Car Company. With the AC always running, the Spark delivers around 15-15.5 kmpl in city driving and about 16.5-17 kmpl on highways.
