Expert opinion and recommendation
The TVS XL Super (Old Model) is a stalwart in the Indian two-wheeler market, particularly in rural areas, where its ruggedness and reliability are highly valued. This moped, while outdated in terms of technology, excels in its primary role of being a no-nonsense, heavy-duty vehicle. It is ideal for those who need a robust and affordable mode of transportation for daily chores and light cargo. However, its two-stroke engine and basic design may not appeal to those seeking modern features or higher performance. For its intended use, it is hard to beat, offering excellent value for money and low running costs.
