The 2014 TVS Star City+ was praised for its refined engine and smooth drive, particularly in the 50-70 kmph speed range. It also featured a muscular build and premium feel, making it a compelling option for commuters. The bikes comfort and convenience, including its adjustable shock absorbers, were notable highlights.

The TVS Star City+ was tested in both city and rural settings, showing impressive low and mid-range power. However, it struggled at higher speeds above 70-75 kmph. The bikes fuel efficiency was reported to be around 60 kmpl in cities and slightly better on highways. I believe this makes it a practical choice for daily commuting.

TVS emphasized the Star City+s build quality, which was noted to be significantly better than some of its competitors. The bike featured a semi-digital instrument cluster and a service indicator, adding to its modern appeal. The absence of a disc brake variant was a minor drawback.

The Star City+ was available in different variants, including models with drum brakes and one with a petal-type disc brake at the front. The prices ranged from around Rs 42,000 for the base model to slightly higher for the disc brake variant. This pricing made it an attractive value-for-money option.

It's a very good commuter bike. ride quality is overall good. it is suitable for all ages. mileage is very good . engine sound is very good. start vibration after 40km/h.handling is not so bad. price is not so high..quite affordable. it's a long lasting bike after all. not at all stylish..but those who don't care about style can go for it.. good luck
