Our take on this /// Verdict
The TVS Star City Plus, even in its Dhoni Edition, stands out as a robust and reliable commuter bike tailored for the Indian market. My experience with this bike has been overwhelmingly positive, particularly due to its balance of affordability, fuel efficiency, and comfort. The bikes design, though not flashy, is practical and durable, making it an excellent choice for daily commuting. The addition of features like alloy wheels with tubeless tyres and a comfortable riding posture enhances its usability. However, the absence of disc brakes is a notable drawback, as the drum brakes can feel delayed and lack confidence under pressure. Overall, it is a solid choice for those seeking a dependable and economical ride.
