Our take on this /// Verdict
The TVS Star City Plus is a stalwart in the 110cc commuter segment in India, and for good reason. With over 3 million units sold, it has established itself as a reliable and efficient choice for daily commuting. The updated model, equipped with a BS 6 engine and features like LED lighting and a USB charger, enhances its appeal. While it may not stand out in terms of design, its sturdy build and comfortable ride make it a practical option. The bikes smooth and linear power delivery, coupled with its light weight and agile handling, make it ideal for navigating city traffic. However, the engine can feel a bit gruff when revved hard, and some may miss the absence of basic features like a trip meter. Overall, it offers a balanced blend of performance, comfort, and fuel efficiency, making it a solid choice for those seeking a no-nonsense commuter bike.
